COOKING STUFF EGGPLANT IN VISAYAN VERSION

Hello everyone. The other day I bought an eggplant at the market. And I didn't cook it all because I'm the only one who likes eggplant. I made a way so that the remaining eggplant is used up and not spoiled. So I thought of a recipe that everyone would love. So I tried the stuffed eggplant recipe. So, I immediately took the other ingredients needed in my recipe today.

INGREDIENTS

Ground pork
Carrots
Bell pepper
Garlic
Onions
Pepper
Salt
Magic sarap
All purpose flour
Cooking oil

PREPATION

  • Wash the eggplant and boil it.

While waiting for the eggplant to boil and soften, let's prepare the other ingredients.

  • Peel the carrots and slice them. Put it in the electric grinder.

  • Peel the onions and cut them. Put it in the grinder as well.

  • Peel the garlic and put it in the grinder as well as the chili.

  • Crush it all at once with an electric grinder.

  • Wash the bell pepper and cut it into small pieces and put it in a clean mixing bowl.

I'm done preparing the ingredients. And let's check the eggplant.

  • And if the eggplant is already boiled and soft, remove it and put it on a clean plate.

  • Cut the middle of the eggplant and check and make sure there are no insects.
