Espero que se encuentren bien, el día de hoy quiero compartirles una merienda super sencilla y rápida de hacer con pocos ingredientes, es ideal para preparar en un instante en las tardes para ver películas y series, se trata de pudin con galletitas y cereal , yo elegí para esta merienda mis sabores favoritos , pudin de vainilla y cereal de dulce de leche, tu puedes usar los que mas te gusten y el proceso de preparación es el mismo.

I hope you are well , today I want to share with you a super simple and quick snack to make with few ingredients, it is ideal to prepare in an instant in the evenings to watch movies and series, it is pudding with cookies and cereal , I chose for this recipe my favorite flavors , vanilla pudding and dulce de leche cereal, you can use the ones you like and the preparation process is the same.
Los ingredientes principales son las galletas y el pudin de vainilla, puedes usar el de tu preferencia, hay de chocolate, vainilla, coco, fresa, etc.. también puedes agregarle el cereal o los dulces de tu preferencia, yo elegí mi cereal favorito que es este (flips de dulce de leche), puedes utilizar también otros dulces si quieres decorar el postre.
The main ingredients are the cookies and the vanilla pudding, you can use the one of your preference, there are chocolate, vanilla, coconut, etc.. you can also add the cereal or candy of your preference, I chose my favorite cereal which is this one (dulce de leche flips), you can also use other candies if you want to decorate the dessert.
We will preferably use full cream milk to make it easier for our pudding to be creamy, as the consistency with skim milk would be different.
We will use three cups of milk.
De igual manera este tipo de mezclas tiene siempre sus instrucciones, recuerda seguirlas, las instrucciones de esta marca de pudin son muy fáciles.
Likewise, this type of mix always has its instructions, remember to follow them, the instructions for this brand of pudding are very easy.
Voy vertiendo poco a poco la mezcla.
I pour the mixture little by little.
Y revolviendo despacio con una cuchara de madera.
And stirring slowly with a wooden spoon.
Gradually taking on a creamy consistency and turning yellow, the mixture smells delicious!!!!.
Aquí están las galletas que voy a utilizar para mi postre , puedes hacer esta receta triturando las galletas o usándolas completas , yo prefiero utilizarlas completas.
Here are the cookies that I am going to use for my dessert, you can make this recipe by crushing the cookies or using them whole, I prefer to use them whole.
Vamos a colocar las galletas en el fondo del envase que vayamos a utilizar
We are going to place the cookies in the bottom of the container we are going to use.
Empiezo a agregar el pudin una vez esta a temperatura ambiente
I start adding the pudding once it is at room temperature
After the pudding layer I add a layer of dulce de leche cereal.
Si vas a usar las galletas trituradas simplemente debes revolverlas con la mezcla.
If you are going to use crushed cookies, simply stir them into the mixture.
Luego del cereal agregamos otra capa de pudin, para luego agregar otra capa de galletas.
After the cereal we add another layer of pudding, and then add another layer of cookies.
Y así lo hacemos hasta que nos alcance la mezcla.
And so we do it until the mixture reaches us.
Hice mi ultima capa con galletas y cereal combinado y así quedo, apartir de este punto ya esta listo para comer, pero yo recomiendo refrigerar por dos horas primero
