So since there are little people in our house, I made it in a way that is nutritious and suitable for tea time. lankan salmon and vegetable roti🌮... so easy to make this dish is very tasty.. we need only a few ingredients to prepare this dish.. so today we will see how to make this dish...
raw materials
🐧Bread flour 500g
🐧50ml of coconut oil
🐧A can of salmon
🐧salt
🐧Curry leaves
🐧Rumpe
🐧potato 300g
🐧green chili
🐧An onion

First you need to make the flour mixture. Add salt and water to the bread flour.. Then mix the flour well while adding some coconut oil.. Keep the future mixture closed for some time..

Then we have to prepare the stuffing that we will put inside this roti.. first put some oil in a pan and after it heats up put the garlic rump curry paste in the oil... then add potatoes to it.. then add green chillies and salmon... to this stuffing add carrots You can bring out more flavor by adding leeks... Add salt and pepper as required... Simmer well for a while on low flame..

Divide the flour into small pieces and make round shapes..if required add some oil to it

Then take some of the filling we have made and put it on the roti...

Then put it on the roti like below and roll it like this…

Then heat the plate well and put the roti and roast it well..

Bake this roti well until it turns golden.. If this roti is not baked well, it will not be possible to make it to the standard we expect..
