Hello my friends, happy and blessed day. For today I want to share with you a recipe for homemade ice cream, Lizaso rea with Blackberry fruit, an ice cream with an acid flavor but very rich. So here I show you how to prepare it.
Ingredients
- Blackberry Pulp
- 150 grams of sugar
- Milk 500ml
- 50 gr of cornstarch

- Leche 500 ml
- 50 gr de fécula de maíz
I started by blending only the Blackberry pulp until it looks creamy, then we pass it through a strainer to extract the seeds.
Then I took them to a low heat together with the sugar, while it was heating, prepare the milk together with the cornstarch, this shirt is to be integrated into the blackberry only when it is hot, but not when it has boiled.
When the blackberry mixture has a somewhat creamy consistency, lower it from the heat. Let it rest for about 5 minutes and serve up to half of our silicone mold, to create a kind of deposit in the center, we will take some small glasses and place them on top, we will place some grains so that it weighs and can form the center of the ice cream, we will take this to the fridge for about 2 hours. By the time it's ready, we remove the glasses, add the condensed milk and cover with the rest of the leftover ice cream, and put it back in the fridge for 2 more hours.
