  • ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • MILK
  • YOGURT
  • SUGAR POWDER
  • SALT
  • NIGELLA SEEDS

PREPARATION

  • TAKE A BOWL ADD FLOUR AND ALL INGREDIENTS MIX AND KNEAD WITH MILK
  • IN THIS SALT SUGAR NIGELLA SEEDS SHOULD BE USED 1/2 TSP
  • OIL 2 TABLESPOONS
  • MILK HALF CUP
  • YOGURT 1 TSP
  • ROLL IT AND MAKE ROUND CHAPPATI LIKE TORTILLA
  • FRY WITH OIL ITS READY
