In spite of being a complicated year, full of many movements and complications for this process of evolution, I do not stop thanking for the good things that the universe has given me. And one of those good things is being part of the Natural Medicine team. My name is Johnny @Pavanjr and this is my first healing article, my first 'Lotus Love Sunday Editorial' and I have the pleasure of presenting the best publications of the week.

These publications show the love we have as human beings, a love for the soul, for the body, for the mind and for the whole universe within us. Patience and perseverance are important tools that allow us to achieve the state of peace. Although the EGO, like that unbearable noise that contaminates body, mind and soul, sometimes dominates us, but we always achieve and will continue to find that silence.

Below I present to you every article that the in our community have contributed. Without further ado, let's get started.

The basis of life is knowing how to make the decisions that can guide you to a correct path. There are fundamental tools that help you in this process to move forward. One of those tools that we have always been given is the tarot reading, knowing what our zodiac sign dictates.

Our member @tarot911 is in charge of sharing our horoscope every week. Her publications have always been good and helpful for those who need it, and this isn't the exception. In this publication you can find the horoscope from the 12th to the 8th of October.

Healthy body and mind is the main idea that must be transmitted for a process of personal change. Not only to say it, but also to do it. In this publication by @okann we find a recipe for those sweet cravings that we feel from time to time, but not just any snack, this low-fat snack can give us the energy we need after a good workout. At least that's what she tells us:

Lately, this has become my go-to dessert for those nights when I crave something sinful but I don’t want all the guilt associated with truly sinful and unhealthy sweets. Better yet, I don’t have to worry about putting too much effort in (or dirtying my kitchen). They’re also a perfect pre- or post-workout snack when I need a good burst of energy!

You can find the recipe and the step-by-step preparation in this article. I invite you to leave a thankful comment and if you have a question you can ask, what are you waiting for?

For a process of change towards the positive, one of the things that characterizes us humans is to admire those around us. Ironically, we have been attracted to those who are different from us, or at least we think so. But the reality is that we are as equal as every grain of sand in the desert.

@danielapevs shares with us a very intense but beautiful text which describes in exact words, what we do when we admire others. One of the things I like about this text is the lesson I learn that serves me for life itself. Everything that we see and admire is part of us, or rather, it's ourselves. When we admire someone, we are admiring ourselves and that is a wonderful theory that we can share without any problem.

Isn't it wonderful then to think that when we admire something of a person in a great way it means that it is also within us? Imagine taking a minute out of your day to tell that person what you admire about them and to thank them for showing you that that magic also dwells within you.

I personally admire teachers very much, those people who since our early years play a fundamental role in life lessons and our growth; both academic, scientific and/or artistic. But not everything is guided by books or school rules, there are also those who take on the noble task of teaching those values and duties for the human being.

@evev is one of them, in her publication she teaches us about didactic practices that are dedicated to children and parents at home, some necessary and healthy resources for an educational and more humane development within the home.

Before doing these practices she recommends something that can make the lesson easier for us:

La invitación es sentarse derechitos, colocar una 🎼 música que ambiente el espacio y permita disfrutar de la práctica y actividades, recomiendo siempre melodías instrumentales que nos mantenga relajados, activos y dispuestos, en esta oportunidad comparto otra de mis favoritas Babies Go Bob Marley.

The great majority of people fear death; some because they will be absent from the lives of their loved ones., others because of the absence of a loved one, and we think that we will never see them again. But the reality is that death is part of life, it is part of existence, it is another journey and the first step to live without fear, is to accept it as what it really is, an important part of our world.

Our member @gabrielaflores talks about this in her publication. She explains it tous through the teachings of the book "The Tibetan Book of Life and Death" written by Rinpoche, a Buddhist monk from Tibet. Inspired by those lessons, she shares with us part of her experience and what she has learned during this journey and process of evolutionary change. My favorite part of this text is the following:

The process of death is also part of this existence, in most cases death is a change of clothes or clothing because our body is already old and has lost its faculties that make it stay in this world, on this plane Therefore, it is necessary to change it, it is natural, but with it our responsibility does not cease nor that of our relatives, friends and others.
