Shake Well For Best Results

Announcing Michelle’s ‘Miracle’ Tea!

Icame up with this tea mixture last year after I had been perusing Amazon. I had been in search of the ‘perfect’ antioxidant/homeopathic ‘feel good’ tincture... and I was sure that if it was out there, I would find it.

However, after having spent hours reading pages upon pages of descriptions of different teas, all made with different ingredients, I thought to myself — Michelle, why buy all of these different drinks when you can make them yourself?

Which is what I set out to do.

Here is the recipe to my own concoction that I call ‘Michelle’s Miracle Tea’:

  • 1 tbsp Ginger (Render down fresh ginger root — chopped into fine shavings as you would when making ginger tea)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon or Lime juice (whichever you prefer — I actually like to add both)
  • 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey

While the ginger is rendering down, add all other ingredients to an empty glass (or bottle). Once the ginger is ready, add it to the mixture. Top off with enough water to make 8 ounces. Shake (or stir) well for best results.

Makes 8 ounces.

Now, while I know the name says ‘Miracle’, it isn’t. I legally cannot say that this will cure anything. But, I do know from personal testing — I’ve been taking this daily for about a year now — it does do something positive. At least for me.

It may be psychosomatic. I do not know.

But, I just thought that I would share my discovery with you! :)

Here’s to your health!
