RE: Alcohol in Moderation?

When I joined a yoga community in 2004 I stopped drinking from one day to the next,
because abstinence was the rule there and you´d get kicked out if you didn´t comply.
After I left in 2014 it still took a while before I started again, but very irregularly.
Basically I drink wine to a meal sometimes, because it´s a good combination.
The most important thing is that there is no addiction,
I can switch drinking on and off at will, I am not depending on it for my well-being.
