This recipe is in the response of Plant Power Cooking Challenge | Week #2 | Come to Join Us!! As soon as I saw this week's ingredients a recipe clicked in my mind and I decided to prepare Peanut Butter Banana Shake
This recipe is not only delicious but power-packed with protein, carbohydrates and vitamins. It has the goodness of both peanut and bananas!
Using only 2 ingredients peanuts and banana this delicious shake can be prepared but for more flavours and to enhance the taste some ingredients like natural sweetener and some dry fruits can be added.
Ingredients
4 servings
- Peanut butter about 1/2 cup
- Ripe Bananas 4 medium sized
- Water 2 cups
Above three ingredients are enough to prepare this raw vegan natural recipe as it has enough sweetness of peanut butter and banana so no need to add any sweetener. But if you like to enhance the taste sugar or jaggery can be added.
Some dryfruits for garnishing is optional I used chopped almond and some raisins for garnishing.
Procedure

To make shake Just add bananas peanut butter and water in the blender and blend for a minute. Its done!
