ENERGIZING JUICE
Ingredients
7 large kale leaves or 7 spinach leaves
1 peeled grapefruit (include white peel)
Handful of mint leaves (about 5 to 7 leaves)

JUICE FOR ALLERGIES
Ingredients
1 bunch of parsley
2 stalks of celery
2 Medium Carrots, well washed, without legs and tips
1 Lemon, peeled (including the white rind)
1⁄2 Cucumber, without peel.

  • Cut all the vegetables to the size that can be ground, put them in the extractor. pour it in a liter, dilute it, and drink it as soon as possible! REMEMBER THAT ONE LITER IS: 50% PURE EXTRACT + 50% PURE WATER.
