Hola, comunidad, llegamos a la semana 51 de este interesante Festival que une voces e instrumentos de todas partes del mundo en un caleidoscopio que no excluye género musical alguno. En la comunidad en que habito hemos tenido muchas lluvias recientemente. Unas ligeras y otras torrenciales, unas anunciadas y otras repentinas como chaparrones sorpresivos después de días de fuerte sol, esto me inspiró a seleccionar para compartir esta semana la canción "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head" (Gotas de lluvia se mantienen cayendo sobre mi cabeza).
Esta canción ha sido interpretada por artistas de la talla de B.J. Thomas, Engelbert Humperdinck. Fue compuesta por Burt Bacharach y Hal David como tema principal de la película de vaqueros "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid"de 1969. Al año siguiente ganó el Óscar como mejor canción original.
