Hey Hivians and Savers!
Welcome to my savers report. Today is my fourth week of savings and I already know what to expect from it. I think the numbers will be a little more modest than in previous weeks. But let's take a look and think about how to improve it!
Before we start, I want to remind you of the importance of our savings. I'll approach it from the point of flexibility in our journey through life. Why do the rich always get richer and the poor always get poorer? The former always have options to take advantage of their savings at the right time, while the latter have no options if the savings have not been made in advance. Flexibility in decision-making at the right times can get anyone out from under the poverty line. All it takes is patience, time, and consistency in saving.
Primary Goal
My primary goal is 100,000 HP. But I decided to track it in 10,000 HP increments, so that's the number I want to see by the end of 2023.
This week, my HP went up 39 HP from 873 to 912. That's almost double what I had last week. Partly because of HPUD, partly because of posts fees. Apparently posting every day makes it work sooner or later!
Secondary Goal
Secondary goal is 7,000 AP. For this week, my AP went up 76 ALIVE from 2990 to 3066 AP. That's down again by 17 AP from last week, but I'm going to catch up in the next few days!

The overall percentage on all my targets went up 0.34% from 18.63% to 18.97%. That's almost four times worse than last week. Apparently there are going to be weeks like this all the time, and I have to be mentally prepared for it so that I don't burn out.
According to the theory of compound interest, the first steps are the most difficult, when the growth is small and patience fails us. But after a few years, everything changes, and in recent years the amount grows like mushrooms after the rain. Knowing this, all that is left is to keep going and do what you can. Every day!
Starting to saving is easy, setting goals and following them is fun. At the end of the road, there is a prize waiting for us, which we will choose for ourselves. And it's not even about the money. It's about what you do next. Who you help and who you make happier.
