Namely, processed bananas wrapped in crunchy flour are often known as banana molen. Banana Molen or banana bolen is one of the typical snacks in our area. Lots of them are sold out there by street vendors. However, did you know that enjoying the results of processed molen in your own kitchen is much better? Hehe, that's one of the many foods that I always prepare at home. Now there are many variants of banana bolen which are quite popular, namely mini banana bolen, grilled banana bolen and also large banana bolen. Well, these various variants all have a tempting taste for me. Especially the banana bolen that I made, made with a mixture of ingredients that will give the best texture and have a different taste from other types of bolen that you enjoy out there.

Materials Used

**Banana to taste 13 tablespoons Wheat flour 1 tablespoon Cornstarch ½ teaspoon vanilla powder 3 spoons of refined sugar 30 gr Butter, 50 ml Water Pinch of salt**

Creation Procedure

**Step 1** Put the flour in a larger container, then mix it with the powdered sugar.

**Step 6** Once the dough is ready, it's time for me to start preparing the skin dough by thinning the skin, with a wooden roller or whatever you have.

**Step 7** Here I roll it as thin as possible, cover the dough with plastic and then roll it up. **Step 9** Prepare the banana, peel the skin then cut it into several parts. I divided 1 banana into 4 to 6 parts or according to your taste.
