How Do You Take Care Of your Vision and Sight ?

Our eyes are by far one of the most delicate parts of our bodies. The eyes are the light of the body ,without the eyes our bodies can't achieve balance with the environment and our social lives. The eyes is not the only organ of the body ,the nose ,ears,Tongue, skin are important too but without sight the rest of the other organs may not function as it should. This is how important our eyes are and many more reasons that i may not elaborate on .

ARE YOU HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH YOUR SIGHT HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO HELP SAVE YOUR SIGHT AND VISION.

  • MONITOR YOUR EATING HABITS : Food , delicious ,bitter , sour , salty it comes in various varieties but foods especially Foods high in Saturated Fatty acids and processed foods can affect our visions excessive consumptions of Sugary sodas and beverages ,candies can lead to vision related problems.
    To help our eating habits we need to eat foods that can help our sight. Foods that are enriched with vitamins and minerals like Vit A , Vit K Wholewheat meals and leafy greens (spinach , Pumpkin leaves Squash leaves ) respectively, Carrots are reach in carotene which aids eye health .
    HYDRATE REGULARLY :Our bodies are mainly made up of water the average adult human body is made up of 50-65% water, so it only makes sense to drink water regularly to keep the eyes in good shape.

  • WHAT COULD YOU IMPROVE TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR VISION AND SIGHT ?

  • Regulate the use of your smartphone TV viewing ,and general screentime the bright light our screens emit dims the pupil of our eyes and caused blurry vision if we don't reduce the amount of screen time we give ourselves we could potentially degrade our sight .

  • MORE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GOOD EYESIGHT.
    *Do not self medicate, without proper diagnosis by a professional, self medication can worsen an already existing condition so do not take matters into hand . If you have any sight related issue speak to a doctor who will then suggest a specialist for you .

In summary its never too late to change your life style ,our lifestyle's influences our general well being so to have a good sight we have to make big changes in order to be healthy. So

  • ****Watch your diet** : your diet again is the basic and one of the most important aspects to take note of in keeping a good eyesight and vision , take care to steer away from sugary beverages, sodas , highly processed candies and deep fried products filled with saturated fatty acids .
    Limit the use of your device : remember that highly bright light causes degradation in sight and blurry vision and intense use of phones can rob us of sleep .

in addition Hydrate regularly for it helps to moisturise the eyes and the skin around the eyes and prevents dry eyes .
Avoid harmful habits such as excessively rubbing the eyes with our hands , Smoking which can cause redness of the eyes and facilitate quick wrinkling around the eyes and gazing into the sun which has high UV rays.

So make the decision to keep your eyes in good conditions by following some of the tips above , for in the long run the benefits are long lasting.
