Let's just say I'm new to making hallacas; this would be my fourth year preparing this Christmas delicacy but last year I didn't do it. In the family there was no lack of hallacas but never, and you may not believe me, I made the stew, you know the story of "I don't like cooking"; my role was always to wash the leaves, assemble the hallacas and tie them.

Two years ago, I decided to make my own hallacas, I wanted to make them alone without anyone to tell me how to cook. Well, that time I learned that the best hallacas are made by me 🤣, "modesty aside" 🫢.

Digamos que soy nueva haciendo hallacas; este sería mi cuarto año preparando este exquisitez navideña pero el año pasado no hice. En la familia no faltaban las hallacas pero nunca, y es posible que no me crean, hice el guiso, ya saben el cuento de "no me gusta la cocina"; siempre mi rol era de lavar las hojas, armar las hallacas y el amarrado.

Hace dos años atrás, decidí hacer mis propias hallacas, quería hacerlas sola sin nadie al lado que me indicara cómo guisar. Bueno pues, esa vez supe que las mejores hallacas las hago yo 🤣, "modestia aparte" 🫢

Este año tendré hallacas en mi mesa gracias a la Criptoadopción porque compré los primeros ingredientes en @crabbaymarket con mis #hbd. Estaban vendiendo un combo de alcaparras, pasas, aceitunas y pabilo por el módico precio de 2 $ por lo que no pensé demasiado y compré dos combos.
