There are times when we're so stressed, that we need to breathe. Why not slow down from what stresses you? It may be from work, responsibilities, and other activities that is tiring you. As you slow down, you also need to relax. You can schedule it.
As you relax, listen to calming music. You can just sit down, close your eyes and listen to them. You might use your headphones on,but it's also great being played on a speaker. That's better than have the audio directly to your ears.
Have fun, and enjoy life. You don't have to deprive yourself to relax and unwind.
