It's always raining here in our town at late afternoon. In fact it is causing floods in some places especially those which are considered as catch basin, or lower elevation. Earlier we passed by roads which are still flooded. The government isn't even doing anything to improve the situation knowing that village is where the hometown of our incumbent mayor is located.
The photos (which are my entries for black and white photography today) show the sky in our place, and it's threatening. The storm is about to come so we better be ready.
