Papaya is a nutritious fruits and vegetables

We get a variety of dietary nutrients from a variety of foods, and these foods typically consist of six elements. The ingredients that we consume from different foods are very beneficial for the body and today I am sharing one such fruit or vegetable that I have seen with my own eyes and I like it and I eat such fruit sometimes. The name of this beautiful fruit is papaya fruit or vegetable. If papaya is eaten raw then it is considered a vegetable and if papaya is eaten ripe it is considered a fruit. I myself eat this papaya fruit in both situations. I took few pictures to share with my friends because I like it.

I came across this beautiful papaya tree by the side of the road while I was walking today in the afternoon and I liked it so I took a few pictures of the tree with the papayas and the papayas looked very beautiful in the trees. It is a very familiar fruit or vegetable to me and almost everyone knows it in our country. Especially in our rural areas of Bangladesh, this type of tree is more common and about 80% of the houses have this papaya tree only for consumption as a vegetable. However, many people sell this papaya in the market when it is ripe, which makes eating ripe papaya very nutritious and delicious.

Papaya is a fruit or vegetable and raw papaya is very tasty to eat. It is a fruit of the natural environment and naturally has a wonderful delicious taste. This fruit is very nutritious and provides energy to our body by consuming it. However, this vegetable or fruit is very demanding for me to eat. I personally love this and buy it whenever I see this fruit ripe in the market. I took some pictures with my own mobile as I liked this result. I hope all my friends will like these pictures.
