Good vs Bad - What do you think is easier to be good or bad, to do the right thing or to go against the common good?
This life we are leaving needs to be flexible because if we hold it strict, it will affect our relationship with others. When it comes for good or bad, i will say it's easier to do the both if we are leaving a flexible lifestyle. But the most easiest one to do today is bad. How? Just like we no, is easy for someone's friends to influence him or her into bad habits but is not always easy to influence someone to practice good habits. Good habits takes time to learn and build but one can easily do something bad. Take for example. Is easy for one to learn smoking but is not easy to quit smoking. Is easy for one to join cultists in school but is not easy to leave. One can easily join some dirty businesses or lifestyle but leaving the business or lifestyle is not always easy. It might require sometimes if not years to make the necessary adjustments.
I want to share some life experiences of my classmate whom joined armed robbery. Because of hardship, he was lured into that. He had this in mind while joining, if i should make money to establish myself i will quit. But he didn't quit even though he was going and succeeding. One day, i told him why is he still doing this dangerous work that can take his life if being caught. He told me that is not easy for him to quit. I was surprised when he told me the dept he had went for protections and what it will cost him to quit. Is not all about starting is about quitting.
To do the right thing is easy and to do the bad thing or go against the common good is the easiest. I have had so many experiences on that. Let me share these experiences with you. A woman spread an insecticide on a baby of six days old navel resulting to the baby boy to lose his life. Another woman gave her step son feases to eat rustling to boy swelling. Though he didn't die but the woman was exposed after the boy undergoes series of test. What of stealing and killing very easy to do. You will see a small boy or girl shut his fellow child to death over a simple conflict. So, people practice bad things more than good things. Something terrible happened in my street few months ago. Group of kidnapers tried kidnapping a girl from her father. The man unknowing to him that kidnappers was following him up drove to filling station to fuel his car. While the meter was running, the next thing they heard was a gun shot. These armed people rushed into the man's car to drag his daughter out. He fought them back trying to rescue his daughter. The results? He was shot mercilessly to death and still took his daughter away. So, you can only find few people doing good but plenty doing against the common good.
As for me, i don't find pleasure in doing the bad thing though is simple to practice. Doing good is very simple to me. When it comes for be good or bad, i follow people they way they treated me. Even the Almighty God is loyal to those who are loyal to him. So, am flexible when it comes for being good or bad. If you treat me fairly good, i will be good to you. And if you treated me badly, i will still follow you up that way. I find both easily. But being good and doing good remains the easiest for me.
