Liverpool vs Nottingham Forest - A Forest Preview

After an international break all football fans hope that their teams players return fit, with 14 players away on duty we were lucky to come back with just Wily Boly nursing a calf injury. Luckily we had signed another centre back on the last day of the transfer window - Morato, although I don’t expect him to displace either Murillo or Milenkovic.

Our other deadline day signing on the other hand, James Ward-Prowse, could find his way into the midfield.

We could bill the game as a battle of 2 unbeaten teams but let’s be honest it would be amazing for Forest to come home with a point out of the match having not won in their last 25 visits to Anfield.

Although we have had some tight games in recent times (3 of the last 5 games have ended 1-0) I think the current form of the Liverpool squad will be enough for a 2-0 win, unless Chris Wood manages to hit the back of the net for the first time in 12 attempts vs Liverpool - we can hope!

My Prediction for the Forest Team
