Saludos NftGamers. Para el Social Media Splinterlands de esta semana quiero compartir con ustedes la compra de algunas cartas en el mercado, utilizando la herramienta PeakMonsters.
Normalmente alquilo cartas al inicio de cada temporada, pero luego de un tiempo decido comprar las cartas que rento regularmente. En esta ocasión voy a comprar cartas de la edición modern ya que he estado jugando ese modo de juego este último mes.
Lo primero que debo hacer es enviar los DEC que tengo en Hive Engine al juego, mientras más DEC tenga ingame más cartas o mejores, podré comprar.
Greetings NftGamers. For this week's Social Media Splinterlands I want to share with you the purchase of some cards in the market, using the PeakMonsters tool.
I usually rent cards at the beginning of each season, but after a while I decide to buy the cards I rent regularly. This time I am going to buy cards from the modern edition since I have been playing that game mode this last month.
The first thing I have to do is to send the DECs I have in Hive Engine to the game, the more DECs I have ingame the more or better cards I will be able to buy.
Tengo 4863 DEC, pensé en comprar varias cartas de bajo costo, pero luego vi la carta de agua Baakjira la cual rento rento regularmente, su precio de compra esta en 3,884.159 DEC en nivel 2, la compraré, aunque quedaré con muy pocos DEC para comprar otras cartas.
I have 4863 DEC, I thought about buying several low cost cards, but then I saw the water card Baakjira which I rent regularly, its purchase price is at 3,884.159 DEC at level 2, I will buy it, although I will be left with too few DEC to buy other cards.
Hablemos un poco de esta carta; es del elemento agua con un gasto de mana de seis puntos, en principio cuenta con las habilidades Slow y Void, su velocidad es de apenas dos puntos pero al contar con Slow puede igualar a sus adversarios. No posee ataques, es una carta tipo soporte que puede ser utilizada en primera posición para esas batallas donde estamos seguros nuestro adversario entrará con ataque de magia (aunque nunca podemos estar 100% seguros de la elección de nuestro adversario). Su salud es de 11 puntos, pero la que he comprado es de nivel 2, por lo cual su salud es de 12 puntos y cuenta además con la habilidad Strengthen, esta habilidad aumenta un punto de salud a todos los aliados, como dije antes, es una buena carta de soporte.
Let's talk a little about this card; it is of the water element with a mana cost of six points, in principle it has the Slow and Void abilities, its speed is only two points but having Slow it can match its opponents. It has no attacks, it is a support card that can be used in first position for those battles where we are sure our opponent will enter with magic attack (although we can never be 100% sure of the choice of our opponent). Its health is 11 points, but the one I bought is level 2, so its health is 12 points and it also has the ability Strengthen, this ability increases one point of health to all allies, as I said before, it is a good support card.
Me han quedado poco más de 900 DEC, a ver que otra carta puedo comprar. Giant Alpine Skink es una de esas cartas nuevas que no tengo en mi mazo, la veo a un precio bastante bajo, así que aprovecharé de comprarla.
Esta también es una carta del elemento agua, con ataque melee de tres puntos, con una velocidad de tres puntos, su escudo de dos y salud de seis, cuenta con la habilidad Shield, todo esto siendo nivel uno. Considero que su gasto de mana es bastante alto con ocho puntos, pero es una buena carta para batallas donde la regla sean solo cartas melee o que todas puedan atacar desde cualquier posición.
I have a little more than 900 DEC left, let's see what other card I can buy. Giant Alpine Skink is one of those new cards that I don't have in my deck, I see it at a pretty low price, so I'll take the opportunity to buy it.

Al final del día me quedaron 343 DEC, los estaré utilizando para rentar algunas cartas.
Como ven solo he podido comprar dos cartas, pero pude comprar muchas más, ya que hay una gran cantidad de cartas que apenas llegan a los 300 DEC, sin embargo, hoy decidí comprar la ballena Baakjira de una vez por todas. La otra semana probablemente me motive a comprar un nuevo par de cartas.
Para finalizar, esta semana me he unido al Brawl de mi clan Cryptolibertad, esto me permitirá ganar algunos MERITS, que por cierto, tengo 4260, se vienen la compra de dos packs Gladius, les estaré compartiendo esta apertura muy pronto. Estoy contento de contar con una carta Quora Towershead, pero me parece increíble que en todo el tiempo que tengo abriendo pack Gladius, nunca más me ha salido otra carta Quora Towershead, a este ritmo nunca podré subirla de nivel. Deséenme suerte en mis próximas aperturas.
At the end of the day I had 343 DEC left, I will be using them to rent some cards.
As you can see I have only been able to buy two cards, but I could buy many more, as there are a lot of cards that barely reach 300 DEC, however, today I decided to buy the Baakjira whale once and for all. Next week I will probably get motivated to buy a new pair of cards.
To finish, this week I joined the Brawl of my Cryptolibertad clan, this will allow me to earn some MERITS, which by the way, I have 4260, the purchase of two Gladius packs are coming, I will be sharing this opening very soon. I am happy to have a Quora Towershead card, but I find it unbelievable that in all the time I have been opening Gladius packs, I have never had another Quora Towershead card, at this rate I will never be able to level it up.
