Something tragic happened this morning as we wokeup, at first i thought it was mom who plucked them, it was later on i heard her speaking and cursing loudly, everyone came out...
*Someome had ravage our homestead farmland,
Here in this small portion of land located at our backyard is were we plant various crops and plants yam, usually we pin bamboo sticks so they can crawl unto it, pepper, okro, pumpkin(vegetable)plant, scent leaves plant, curry and water-yam, all here, but as you can see the yam as so crawl and crowded the entire space same with the pumpkin leaves plant
Our pumpkin leaves are doing so well i had to take a shot of it this morning, they really blossom so well with some of the biggest leaves i've ever seen, well all thanks to the soil, before this very piece of land use to be our Goat house before the terrific incident some of the goat were found dead by morning we couldn't tell what happened, snack bites maybe?....later on mom decided we convert the place to a small farm land for planting some of these crops.
here they have plucked off most of the leaves, leaves that were so big and greeny, whoever did this in the night while we slept didn't just plucked off small, but ravaged the entire farm, we woke up to everywere looking scanty, this is so bad.
My mom was so pissed that she was just cursing and yeiling outloud, why would someone do this to her, she had refuse to plucked the leaves to make soup even to sale because she wanted the plant to grow and bear seeds.
You know the pumpkin plant usually bear seeds in a pouch and she had been hoping that by now it will start budding, that is why she refuse to pluck it off for sale or for cooking soup o
Since mostly in this part of the world this leaves is use to cook soup or any delicay at all.
Whoever did this deserves to be punished, this is pure act of wickedness, didn't just take small but just ransack the farm taking whatever he or she wants, its so bad, how can someome plant something hoping to reap it when the time is right but another will just walk im and steal them all, like we use to say *every day for the thief one day for the owner, whoever did this to us one fine day he will steal from another will be caught and punished....
