Broilers are meant to attain some specific weights at different stage no more no less and the drive to force these birds to gain lots of fats as quick as possible so that farmers could sell is one major reason why consumers are getting to certain health problems from eating their meat.

Broiler chicken require a diet that's rich in nutrients like protein, vitamins, little amount of minerals and energy given food to support their growth and the feed should be well balanced at every cycle.

Proteins are essential for muscle growth and we can get it from sources like fish meal that is most time added to their meals or soyabean and many other animal based proteins source.

Carbohydrates that provides energy with it's major source in poultry feed been corn, wheat or barley depending on which one is easier to get in our environment, we use maize because it is more common and less expensive compared to the rest.

Fats that offer support for weight gain in birds can be gotten from animal fats and vegetable fats while essential vitamins like A, D, E and B complex support the birds overall health we get this from supplements in various pharmacies around.

The birds also need minerals for skeletal development, amino acids for muscle growth and additives for their health and nutritients absorption.

The overall idea is to provide these birds with one feed that covers all their requirements at each cycle with every feed that these birds consume.
