This to me is one part having true freedom..
I want to try and get the balance of being active in gardening and living in nature, whilst making posts as well. Two oppersite spectrums of life - Screens and Soil!
When I took my dogs out for a walk in Madrid, I would only get dirty looks (your infected stares) and the odd "Buenas" or "Hola". Here, this morning when taking Freja for a walk (one dog of @trucklife-family) I was given a Nisporo tree and some baby broccoli plants.
*Yes, this post is about starting of growing food! *
The next day after making it to the destination I was heading to after getting caught up in the scamdemic, it was already time to start using the seeds I got in Madrid as panic shopping.
Pre-Germination
You might already know how to do this but its the best way to start off seeds. It saves being disappointed when the things you planted didnt pop up, and its a much more efficient way to do things.
Take a jamjar lid and some sheets of toilet paper and lay seeds in the toilet paper and then soak it with water and lay them in the jam jar lid and make sure to put them not in direct sunlight and to keep them in a warm place for them to germinate them easy.
This is brocolli or caulflower, they look alike as seeds
They are already planted but as here has not much soil, they will be replanted, hopefully we get a strawbale garden made over the next couple of days. This is the way forward - permaculture and no dig gardening!
Yesterday the cucumbers were germinated and they got potted too.
A cucumber seed ready to be planted because its grown a nice tap root
These weird looking seeds below are beetroot. I have no clue if they will pregerminate or what, we shall see!
Today the cauliflower seeds were ready to plant, and so we planted them!
Nispira tree got planted, this post is ending before this shit phone deletes it all again. Im verrrry tempted to just make vids because I have no laptop, but 3speak doesnt support android uploads.
Big love and Abundance
