PRESENTACIÓN
Los extraños animales llegaron por el mar; eran tan raros que no tenían aletas, patas ni cabeza. Cuando se orillaron salieron de su vientre hombres con raros vestidos; que no eran del color de la tierra que pisaban; guerreros con armas diferentes; hombres que no hablaban con las mismas palabras de los dioses de aquellos nativos.
Hombres de otro color que exploraron, conquistaron y colonizaron aquel presente de culturas ancestrales y desconocidas entre ellas mismas. Cruzar el atlántico, descubrirse frente algo descomunal y hacerse dueños de ese Nuevo Mundo, fueron etapas de una misma hazaña. Los indígenas, por su parte, nunca esperaron algo semejante; el cambio para ellos fue tan vertiginoso, tan sorpresivo en su ritmo acelerado que algunos ni siquiera despertaron y murieron sin saber qué fue lo que hicieron para que sus dioses los abandonaran en manos de los nuevos extraños.
530 años después el Nuevo Mundo sigue en el mismo lugar, con un mestizaje que cada vez se hace más universal; con muchas buenas historias contadas por muchos buenos escritores; pero con muchas más desconocidas que nos gustaría leer en este nuevo reto Hispaliterario 11.
¿Cuál es el reto?
Para esta oportunidad el reto consiste en presentar una historia ambientada en la época de la conquista y colonización de América.

STORIES ABOUT THE DISCOVERY
The strange animals came through the sea; they were so strange that they had neither fins, legs nor heads. When they came ashore, men with strange clothes came out of their belly; they were not the color of the land they walked on; warriors with different weapons; men who did not speak with the same words of the gods of those natives.
Men of another color who explored, conquered and colonized that present of ancestral and unknown cultures among themselves. Crossing the Atlantic, discovering themselves in front of something huge and becoming owners of that New World, were stages of the same feat. The indigenous people, for their part, never expected anything like this; the change for them was so dizzying, so surprising in its accelerated pace that some did not even wake up and died without knowing what they had done to make their gods abandon them in the hands of the new strangers.
530 years later the New World is still in the same place, with a miscegenation that is becoming more and more universal; with many good stories told by many good writers; but with many more unknown ones that we would like to read in this new Hispaliterario 11 challenge.
What is the challenge?
For this opportunity the challenge is to present a story set in the time of the conquest and colonization of America.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
