Greetings dear readers today I give life and your love my blog 💖 with my last three drawings for the recently culminated challenge InkGris October 2022, which was proposed by @grisvisa, and that by connection factor was difficult for me to publish. But as the creative process has no time or date on the calendar here I leave in view my illustrations with which I close the month of October in HIVE.
Para estos tres dibujos tradicionales igual que en mi inkgris anterior intente trabajarlo con lÃneas sencillas y pocos colores, que en conjunto pudieran ofrecer una lectura exacta de lo que deseaba plasmar. Los materiales utilizados fueron portamina 0.7, creyones y marcadores sobre cartulina blanca.
For these three traditional drawings as in my previous inkgris I tried to work with simple lines and few colors, which together could offer an accurate reading of what you want to capture. The materials used were 0.7 mechanical pencil, crayons and markers on white cardboard.
Cuervo | Eaven
Dibujar el cuervo fue un gran placer sobre todo al emplumarlo con el grueso de mi marcador negro, con él logre darle esos toques de fuerza y misticismo que caracteriza a esta ave, la cual por lo general está asociada al ocultismo, presagios y múltiples creencias, relacionadas a la magia negra y comunicación entre dos mundos. Su calificación se lo han otorgado antiguas civilizaciones las cuales lo han adoptado como mascota, también como tótem de poder de la natural del cual la persona que lo conservara tendrÃa sus facultades: audacia, inteligencia, eternidad, y capacidad de adaptación.
Drawing the raven was a great pleasure especially when feathering it with the thickness of my black marker, with it I managed to give those touches of strength and mysticism that characterizes this bird, which is usually associated with the occult, omens and multiple beliefs, related to black magic and communication between two worlds. Its qualification has been granted by ancient civilizations which have adopted it as a mascot, also as a totem of natural power of which the person who kept it would have its powers: audacity, intelligence, eternity, and adaptability.
Vampiro | Vampire
Los tÃpicos chupa sangre otro mito relacionada al Conde Drácula que toda noche de Halloween resurge del ideario colectivo. A pesar de ello no tenÃa claro que hacer hasta que salto a mi mente realizar la común boca con colmillos. Mientras realizaba el dibujo pensé en la relación de los vampiros con los murciélagos, y es justamente por la idea que existe de que se alimentan solo de sangre, y esto lo logré descartar tras un taller de educación ambiental al que asistà hace algunos dÃas.
En este taller una bióloga amante de la naturaleza nos hablaba de la proliferación de murciélagos en las ciudades, aclarando que estos pequeños mamÃferos voladores han sido satanizados gracias a esas pelÃculas sobre Drácula. Como seres vivos por alguna razón están en el ambiente y poseen muchas cualidades productivas, por lo general son herbÃvoros comen insectos y frutas.
Los murciélagos que se alientan de sangre llamados vampiros solo lo hacen donde existen gran cantidad de ganado al percibir con su sensor nasal la sangre caliente de estos animales que succionan de noche, aunque puede atacar a los humanos estos no son su especialidad.
The typical bloodsuckers, another myth related to Count Dracula that resurfaces every Halloween night from the collective ideology. In spite of this I was not sure what to do until it jumped into my mind to make the common mouth with fangs. While I was making the drawing I thought about the relationship between vampires and bats, and it is precisely because of the idea that exists that they feed only on blood, and this I managed to discard after an environmental education workshop I attended a few days ago.
In this workshop a nature-loving biologist talked to us about the proliferation of bats in cities, clarifying that these small flying mammals have been demonized thanks to those movies about Dracula. As living beings for some reason they are in the environment and possess many productive qualities, they are usually herbivores that eat insects and fruits.
The bats that feed on blood called vampires only do so where there are large numbers of livestock by sensing with their nasal sensor the warm blood of these animals that they suck at night, although they can attack humans these are not their specialty.
Calabaza | Pumpkin
Auyama conocida en mi pais, quise realiza asÃ: picara, danzarina y llena de gracia, con esto desvirtuó un poco esa visión también satanizada de este alimento natural usado para hechizos y múltiples creencias religiosas, donde se deja de consumir tan rico manjar por supuestos daños que ocasiona. Perderse de una torta, quesillo, crema y bebida de auyama realmente me parece un desperdicio.
Auyama known in my country, I wanted to perform well: spicy, dancing and full of grace, with this distorted a little that vision also demonized this natural food used for spells and multiple religious beliefs, where it stops consuming such rich delicacy for alleged damage it causes. Missing out on a torta, quesillo, cream and auyama drink really seems like a waste to me.
