Over the last month a few backup witnesses in the 70-90 rank range have gone stale.
What does a stale witness mean?
It means the witness has been failing to produce valid blocks for quite a while. While as backup witnesses of a low rank this doesn't negatively effect HIVE in a noticeable way it's still good practice to check up on witnesses you vote for to make sure they are in fact still functioning.
