Mid December Updates 2025

It's almost the end of the year. Time has really flown by. I figured I'd do a quick check in.

Not too much to report. Everything is running smoothly. The next big thing is the quarterly buybacks in January.

I will also be doing a test run of UNICOIN exchanges on the @tribefairy account. These will be short duration like a 48 hour window but will allow folks to either trade certain hive-engine tokens for UNICOIN or the opposite trade UNICOIN for other hive-engine tokens. The tokens and exchange rate will be pre determined. There will be limits as well. This is just something I am testing out.

This will be similar to how the HSBI exchanges were originally done where folks had a certain window in which to do the exchanges. More information on that once it gets closer. I will do an announcement post beforehand.

I also will do another smaller buyback if folks are trading for UNICOIN. I expect this exchange to be done mid-late January.

Of course the current HSBI exchanges will run as normal-no change there.

Starting in February I will be doing the HP curation match on this account and @tribefairy . I will use January's curation earnings and match up to 100 HIVE (between the tow accounts) and power it up every month. This is just to speed up the growth on these accounts. I hope to be able to do that all year in 2026 but of course buybacks and HSBI exchanges take priority. If the HIVE price increases significantly I may need to scale it back.

The LP rewards are stable. I do have some more GLITTER I already minted to add to the pools over the next month, maybe 2 months we shall see. I will likely add a little more of the other tokens in the pool as well. I will be doing this slowly as the average apr in the pool is close to 40% at the moment
