Being once a newbie on Hive, I can still remember what helped and stood as self motivation to me till this very day. I have been onboarding Hivians and I have been telling them these things but one thing is hearing and adhering, which had been very difficult for many of them.

As a newbie, it is difficult to get noticed if you don't show the sign you want to get noticed. How do you show that sign? Being actively involved and participating in community contests, reading and commenting on users posts, joining active communities and engaging with members in

I might not say this verbally but many that have been engaging in my posts must have come across these words over time. Hive means so much to me apart from the curation aspect. I can proudly say that my writing skill is what it is now as a result of my getting to know Hive.
I have learnt much from other Hivians and that was as a result of my consistent engagement when I started. I encourage newbies coming on onboard to engage with others because there is so much to learn from others.
