My Role In My Circle Of Friends

I don't have a large circle of friends, and this is because I'm very careful about who I hang out with. I'm a shy and quiet person when I'm not comfortable around someone but loud and funny among people I know. My circle of friends should be around 2 or 3, these are people I consider to be true friends, or maybe people I feel safe around them to share my secrets with. I'm many things around my friends because, just like the children of Issachar, I read time and seasons. There are times when I'm a comedian in my circle of friends, sometimes a motivational speaker, and sometimes a supporter, it all depends on what time it is. I'll be discussing these differently.

A comedian

I have an averagely good sense of humor, that's enough to crack something funny whenever I want to make someone among us laugh. My friends most often do have a good laugh each time I'm around them, and I do that whenever everyone and everything looks too serious. I don't like to look life too seriously, it scares me and that's why I engage jokes and funny talks in our conversation most times

A Motivational speaker

Everyone needs a motivational speaker in their circle of friends. We need someone who would inspire you to take that one more step toward achieving our goals. Generally life is hard, we fail, we fall, and at one point we are rejected. In our lonely corners we may curse life for treating us harshly and if not talked to may lead to depression. We are there to tell them life will get better, usually in a funny way. Sometimes my friends call me and say "motivate me", not because they don't know what they're supposed to do but because I motivate them in a funny way that makes them laugh amidst their cloudy minds.

A Financial supporter

"What are friends for?". Among my few friends, it looks as if I'm the one on the top list of being financially stable. As falsely as that is, the lie has been established and I need to do my best to save a friend or contribute to the wellbeing of one. I try to do this as often as I can. However my friends are great people, they do this in return whenever they have a chance to, and often try to treat me like the baby among them. So whenever they try to give financial credit, they call my name even though I've not really spent any tangible amount on anyone.

So these traits happen differently, and that's because they've said this on different occasions in our conversation. But among the three, I think I'm considered as an advisor the most because they seek my counsel most times and in almost everything they do. They trust and respect my suggestions, probably because it works for them. It doesn't matter where I am, they call and ask for my opinion and this makes me believe my major role in my circle of friends is "An adviser"
