Hola amigos hiver acá les comparto más de las tradiciones y leyendas de mi país.
La leyenda de María Lionza es una tradición que ha sido transmitida de generación en generación en Venezuela y que tiene una significación profunda para amplios sectores de la sociedad venezolana. La tradición del culto a María Lionza incluye una amplia variedad de conocimientos, creencias y rituales, que en virtud de su importancia, se consideran bienes culturales intangibles.
Además de los conocimientos y creencias, la tradición de María Lionza también incluye bienes culturales tangibles, como objetos ceremoniales, como amuletos, cordones, túnicas y coronas de plumas, así como también productos comerciales, como velas, collares, esencias, oraciones, estampas, inciensos y estatuillas para el panteón. También hay un conjunto de bienes muebles producidos por intelectuales y artistas que han nutrido la tradición, incluyendo obras pictóricas, estatuarias y más.
El Monumento Natural Cerro María Lionza es el principal centro de peregrinación nacional para los creyentes y seguidores de este culto durante todo el año. Durante los días en que se conmemoran santorales cristianos, como San Juan, San José, la Virgen de Coromoto y la Virgen del Carmen, así como en días en que no se celebran festividades católicas, como el 24 de junio, el 24 de julio, el 12 de octubre, el 4 de diciembre y el 17 de diciembre, miles de personas acuden al Cerro María Lionza para rendir homenaje a la deidad.
La Montaña de Sorte, también conocida como Cerro María Lionza, reúne las condiciones para ser considerada un paisaje cultural asociativo, donde la riqueza natural está estrechamente vinculada y simbolizada por una tradición religiosa y cultural viva. La Ley de Defensa Patrimonial apoya la patrimonización de aquellos bienes de interés cultural que, en función de sus valores tradicionales, históricos, artísticos y religiosos, constituyen un testimonio importante de la diversidad cultural.
La historia de Isabel
Había una mujer llamada Isabel, quien vivía en un pequeño pueblo en los montes de Venezuela. Desde niña, había escuchado hablar de la figura de María Lionza, la reina espiritual de Venezuela, y siempre había sentido un gran interés por ella.
Un día, Isabel decidió visitar la montaña de María Lionza para hacer una ofrenda y pedirle un deseo. Al llegar, se encontró con un grupo de personas que se reunían para realizar un ritual en honor a la reina espiritual. Isabel se unió a ellos y, durante el ritual, sintió una gran presencia divina y una sensación de paz y tranquilidad.
Después de la ofrenda, Isabel regresó a su casa y comenzó a experimentar cosas extrañas. Se sentía protegida y acompañada en todo momento, y sus deseos parecían estar siendo cumplidos sin esfuerzo. Isabel estaba segura de que María Lionza estaba ayudándola y agradecida con la reina espiritual.

Elizabeth's Story
