Mi Nombre es Nohemi Licet Rodriguez Obando. Soy una latina oriunda de Venezuela. Tengo dos hijas; Sharon y Licerlys ambas generadoras de contenido en Hive ( divergente1 y vidaysalud1 ) y Luis Obando (rodriguezkike232) tambien generador de conmtenido en Hive

My name is Nohemi Licet Rodriguez Obando. I am a Latina from Venezuela. I have two daughters; Sharon and Licerlys both content generators in Hive ( divergente1 and vidaysalud1 ) and Luis Obando (rodriguezkike232) also a content generator in Hive.

Somos una familia muy unida, con grades valores y principios. Son el pilar de mi vida y mi grande orgullo. Además tengo una nieta hermosa, inteligente y con una personalidad muy parecida a la mia. Soy una persona muy sociable y simpática.

We are a very united family, with great values and principles. They are the pillar of my life and my great pride. I also have a beautiful granddaughter, intelligent and with a personality very similar to mine. I am a very sociable and friendly person.

Soy Parámedico , Asistente de laboratorio y licenciada en relaciones públicas. Desde hace 18 años me gradué como paramedico y fue la carrera que mayoprmente ejercí. El amor por auxiliar y ayudar a los demás siempre fue más que un trabajo.

I am a Paramedic, a laboratory assistant and I have a degree in public relations. I graduated as a paramedic 18 years ago and it was the career that I practiced the most. The love for assisting and helping others was always more than just a job.

Mi primer día de salida del trabajo.

Me dirigía a la entrega de la ambulancia, ya que era a una empresa privada a la cual le prestaba mis servicios como paramédico. Sin emabargo, en plena vía estaba una persona herida con múltiples traumatismos ( Golpes generalizados en el cuerpo). en vista de qué ya habia salido de mis labores en la empresa y que debia reportar la llegada de la ambulancia, decidí llamar a mis superiores para informar el caso y para pedir la autorización de la ambulancia. Debo decir que no conté con el permiso de mis superiores, decidí entre mi trabajo y mi obligación como ser humano y como profesional de la salud.

My first day off work.

I was on my way to the delivery of the ambulance, since it was to a private company to which I was providing my services as a paramedic. However, in the middle of the road there was an injured person with multiple trauma (generalized blows to the body). Since I had already left my work at the company and I had to report the arrival of the ambulance, I decided to call my superiors to report the case and to ask for the authorization of the ambulance. I must say that I did not have the permission of my superiors, I decided between my work and my obligation as a human being and as a health professional.

Rapidamente me bajé de la ambulancia y pude notar que la persona se encontraba en críticas condiciones, sin embargo este estaba consiente, pude constatarlo porque realicé un estudio cefalocaudal (referencia anátomica desde la cabeza hasta los pies. Luego acudí a la estabilizacion del paciente con un collarín y
enseguida le canalicé una vía Intravenosa ( canalizacion de una vía venosa) para suministrar electrolitos. Seguidamente lo trasladé hasta el centro medico más cercano.

I quickly got out of the ambulance and I could notice that the person was in critical condition, however he was conscious, I could verify it because I performed a cephalocaudal study (anatomical reference from head to toe). Then I stabilized the patient with a neck brace and immediately I
I immediately started an intravenous line (cannulation of a venous line) to supply electrolytes. I then transferred him to the nearest medical center.

Al dejar al paciente y entregarselo al médico cumplí mi responsabilidad. Es una de las etapas que en realidad se vuelven más dificiles ya que no saber si el paciente pudo sobrevivir o no, es realmente algo que nos conmueve.

By dropping the patient off and handing him over to the doctor, I fulfilled my responsibility. This is one of the most difficult stages, since not knowing if the patient survived or not is really something that touches us.

No me despidieron, el caso del sujeto de la autopista se hizo viral. Todos se enteraron que la paramédico de una empresa ayudó a auxiliar a esa persona.

I didn't get fired, the case of the guy on the freeway went viral. Everyone found out that the paramedic from a company helped to assist that person.

Es por ello, que hoy debo decir que ayudar a las personas no es solo una responsabilidad sino tener amor a lo que haces y lo asumo como un deber y algo que quiero hacer.

That is why today I have to say that helping people is not only a responsibility but having love for what you do and I assume it as a duty and something I want to do.

Dicen que el trabajo no se puede volver tu vida pero cuando tu vida representa la vida de los demás, es realmente que entiendes que tus servicios pueden hacer la diferencia en una catástrofe por más mínima que sea.

They say that work cannot become your life, but when your life represents the life of others, you really understand that your services can make a difference in a catastrophe, no matter how small it may be.

¿ Qué espero hacer en Hive?

Dentro de Hive pretendo compartir lo que me apasiona. Contenido de primeros auxilios, salud en general. Tambien me apasiona las manualidades y el arte. Además poder crecer de la mano de ustedes, que puedan guiarme en este nuevo mundo de la red 3.0

What do I hope to do in Hive?

Within Hive I intend to share what I am passionate about. First aid content, health in general. I am also passionate about crafts and art. I also hope to grow hand in hand with you, that you can guide me in this new world of the web 3.0.
