Holiii, me presento; me llamo Laura España, sí, España como el país, me conocen como Lalo o como Lady Unicorn; tengo 21 años, soy estudiante de Dirección de Fotografía o Cinematografía en la Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes (UNEARTE), en Caracas-Venezuela lugar donde vivo y donde nací.
Hiiii, I introduce myself; my name is Laura España, yes, España like the country, I am known as Lalo or Lady Unicorn; I am 21 years old, I am a student of Cinematography or Cinematography Direction at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes (UNEARTE), in Caracas-Venezuela, place where I live and where I was born.
Soy una gran amante del cine, pero el mundo audiovisual en general me fascina, con todo lo que conlleva, todos sus procesos y etapas, desde la invención de la idea hasta la materialización de esta. De todas las ramas del audiovisual siempre me vi más identificada con la fotografía, tanto fija como móvil; me encanta la teoría del color, la psicología del color, los encuadres, movimientos de cámara, etc... Es impresionante como una misma imagen puede cambiar totalmente su intención con tal solo cambiar la tonalidad de la luz.
I am a great lover of cinema, but the audiovisual world in general fascinates me, with all that it entails, all its processes and stages, from the invention of the idea to its materialization. Of all the branches of the audiovisual world I always identified myself more with photography, both still and mobile; I love color theory, color psychology, framing, camera movements, etc .... It is impressive how the same image can totally change its intention just by changing the tonality of the light.
Desde que empecé a estudiar Artes Audiovisuales, se me hace imposible ver una película, una serie o hasta un vídeo musical sin detallarlo en lo más mínimo, siempre estoy buscando errores de continuidad, guiños o easter eggs, huecos de guion, como también me concentro mucho en los juegos de cámara, entre muchas cosas; por eso quise empezar este pequeño proyecto, para compartir con el mundo y con más miembros de la comunidad audiovisual mis puntos de vista como mis interpretaciones y mis análisis de mis series y películas favoritas, como los estrenos más recientes.
Claro está de que no puedo hablar de mi pasión sin mencionar a una de las mayores fuentes de inspiración que tengo en mi vida, el cuál es mi gato o como yo lo llamo ✨El Ñeñe✨
Since I started studying Audiovisual Arts, it is impossible for me to watch a movie, a series or even a music video without detailing it in the least, I'm always looking for continuity errors, winks or easter eggs, script holes, as I also focus a lot on the camera games, among many things; that's why I wanted to start this little project, to share with the world and with more members of the audiovisual community my views as my interpretations and my analysis of my favorite series and movies, as the most recent releases.
Of course, I can't talk about my passion without mentioning one of the biggest sources of inspiration I have in my life, which is my cat or as I call him ✨El Ñeñe✨.
Su nombre es Rhaegar Alejandro Chimuelo T-Chala José, ustedes solo llamenlo Rhaegar o Ñeñe, sus nombres vienen inspirados de muchas cosas:
• Rhaegar por Rhaegar Targaryen de la serie Game of Thrones
• Alejandro por la canción de Lady Gaga (mi mayor ídolo) que lleva ese nombre
• Chimuelo porque se parece a ese personaje
• T-Chala porque también parece una panterita negra
• José, ese simplemente mi hermana mayor se lo puso porque quedaba bonito
Desde que él llegó a mi vida hace casi dos años ya, mi musa despertó volátilmente y ha sido mi ancla más grande, me ha ayudado a salir de muchos huecos y no estancarme en momentos negativos; realmente más que un gato para mi es mi hijo y mi compañero de vida, yo hago y deshago todo por él y su bienestar. Con todo esto pueden deducir que el Ñeñito será un personaje muy protagónico acá.
His name is Rhaegar Alejandro Chimuelo T-Chala José, you just call him Rhaegar or Ñeñe, his names are inspired by many things:
- Rhaegar for Rhaegar Targaryen from the Game of Thrones series.
- Alejandro because of the song by Lady Gaga (my biggest idol) that has that name
- Chimuelo because he looks like that character
- T-Chala because he also looks like a little black panther
- José, that's just what my older sister named him because it looked pretty.
Since he came into my life almost two years ago, my muse woke up volatile and has been my biggest anchor, he has helped me to get out of many holes and not stagnate in negative moments; really more than a cat for me is my son and my life partner, I do and undo everything for him and his welfare. With all this you can deduce that Ñeñito will be a very important character here.
Otra de mis pasiones, aunque nunca he hecho un curso ni he tomado clases, todo lo que he aprendido ha sido por cuenta propia y a base de práctica, es el maquillaje; siento que más que ser una herramienta de belleza para cumplir estándares, es una expresión artística muy impresionante, amo con locura el maquillaje de caracterización y me encantaría en un futuro poder estudiarlo más a fondo. Por los momentos, solo me maquillo de la manera básica y sencilla, siempre veo vídeos y fotos de maquillajes que son un reto total y me esmero mucho tratando de recrearlos con mis escasos conocimientos y técnicas.
Another of my passions, although I have never taken a course or classes, everything I have learned has been on my own and through practice, is makeup; I feel that more than being a beauty tool to meet standards, it is a very impressive artistic expression, I love characterization makeup madly and I would love in the future to study it more in depth. At the moment, I only do makeup in the basic and simple way, I always see videos and photos of makeup that are a total challenge and I try very hard to recreate them with my limited knowledge and techniques.
Debido a que esto es una presentación de mi para ustedes, creo que es importante hablar bien de quién soy, cómo soy, mis gustos y mis pasiones. Ya les hablé un poco de lo que me apasione y me motiva a ser, ahora hablemos un poco sobre quién soy y mis gustos.
Para empezar, soy bisexual, o sea, siento atracción tanto por hombres como por mujeres; no, no siento más atracción por un género que por otro y que yo esté en una relación estable con una persona no significa que el otro género deje de atraerme; soy una persona totalmente normal como todos ustedes y como todos, tengo gustos y preferencias distintas o parecidas. No voy a profundizar mucho en tema debido a que quiero tener una sección específica para tratar y hablar temas de sexualidad; porque aunque no sea una profesional del tema, una de mis carreras soñadas es la Sexología y, aunque me fui por el audiovisual, no he dejado de investigar y aprender sobre estos temas.
Since this is an introduction of me to you, I think it's important to talk about who I am, what I'm like, my likes and passions. I already told you a little bit about what I am passionate about and what motivates me to be, now let's talk a little bit about who I am and what I like.
To begin with, I am bisexual, that is, I am attracted to both men and women; no, I am not more attracted to one gender than the other and just because I am in a stable relationship with one person does not mean that I am not attracted to the other gender; I am a totally normal person like all of you and like everyone else, I have different or similar tastes and preferences. I am not going to go into much depth on the subject because I want to have a specific section to discuss and talk about sexuality issues; because although I am not a professional on the subject, one of my dream careers is Sexology and, although I left for the audiovisual, I have not stopped researching and learning about these issues.
La respuesta es sencilla, crear contenido, la verdad no tengo intenciones de limitarme a nada, quiero crear cuanto tipo de contenido se me ocurra y mi creatividad me permita, para crecer como artista, como persona y como también conocer a muchas personas alrededor del mundo que compartan mis gustos y pasiones, ser parte de muchas comunidades y ayudar a crecer a estas grandes familias; obviamente mi principal contenido será del mundo audiovisual y todo lo relacionado a este, quiero empezar haciendo reseñas, referencias e interpretaciones personales de series, películas o cualquier contenido audiovisual que me guste. Espero poder encontrar comunidades donde sentirme identificada y en caso de que no consiga, crearlas, para que personas como yo, tengas un lugar donde expresarse y compartir.
What do I want to do and what do I expect from Hive? The answer is simple, create content, the truth is I have no intention of limiting myself to anything, I want to create as much content as I can think of and my creativity allows me, to grow as an artist, as a person and also to meet many people around the world who share my tastes and passions, be part of many communities and help grow these large families; obviously my main content will be the audiovisual world and everything related to this, I want to start doing reviews, references and personal interpretations of series, movies or any audiovisual content that I like. I hope to find communities where I feel identified and in case I can't, create them, so that people like me, have a place to express themselves and share.
