Dando a Conocer el Ecosistema de Hive

Desde mi punto de vista, las universidades en Venezuela son un punto importante para lograr un marketing efectivo de todo el ecosistema de Hive, son miles de alumnos en cada institución, jóvenes que buscan soluciones y progresar en sus vidas, innovadores, deseosos de dejar sus huellas en el mundo, por lo que tiende a ser un público receptivo ante la presentación de la web 3.
En este último año hemos podido ampliar la influencia de Hive en varias universidades, abriendo las puertas a actividades, encuentros, capacitaciones y alianzas con las que se pueden seguir construyendo nuestra blockchain favorita, en este caso, personalmente me sorprendió el recibimiento de la Universidad Yacambú hace algunas semanas.
Mi Experiencia en Hive Talk University Yacambú.
Con cada paso dado por el equipo de Barquisimeto, se abren las puertas a otras instituciones, no solo dentro de esta ciudad, también en toda Venezuela, esta universidad visitada por el equipo se encuentra en la ciudad vecina llamada Cabudare, sin embargo, su participación en el Lara Fest nos otorgó el primer acercamiento y las primeras conversaciones.
Lo que noté es que con cada nuevo nivel de influencia la receptividad de las universidades es mejor, es quizás algo obvio, pero en mi mente pensaba que no nos conocían o que simplemente el proceso iba a ser más tedioso a la posibilidad de que los profesores o estudiantes no quisieran recibir información sobre Web 3 e Hive.
Estuve totalmente equivocado, las personas ya reconocen el trabajo de Hive en las universidades, al detallarles los logros y algunos de los planes de otras universidades dentro del ecosistema de Hive, cada nueva universidad tiene ese sentimiento de no querer quedarse atrás frente a otras instituciones universitarias, por lo que hace un efecto psicológico que favorece significativamente al proceso de onboarding como el de formular alianzas.
Universidad Privada
Un aspecto importante es que esta es una universidad privada, es la primera de este tipo que se logra tener un acercamiento tan efectivo, a pesar de que no poseen las mismas necesidades que las instituciones públicas han deseado que cada estudiante, profesor y personal administrativo conozca sobre Hive y web 3.
2 Días de visitas y Agradecimientos
La euforia sobre el discurso y la demostración de Hive fue tal, que nos invitaron nuevamente para otro día de actividad, nuestro acuerdo era de tan solo un día con un espacio de tan solo 45 minutos, que se convirtieron en otro día con la misma explicación, pero también participando en una actividad de los estudiantes.
Había stand de varios estudiantes presentando sus proyectos, los profesores vieron la oportunidad de colocar un stand de Hive (algo que no teníamos previsto, pero al mismo tiempo no podíamos negarnos), hacer un acercamiento más efectivo con los estudiantes y con el rector de todas las facultades de la Yacambú (Ciencias económicas, Ciencias Políticas y Jurídicas, Ingeniera).
Sorprendente Receptividad:
Como siempre lo he mencionado, podemos hablar 2 días sobre Hive y no abarcaremos todos los temas importantes de este ecosistema, por lo que el objetivo es despertar la curiosidad en las instituciones y luego hacer un trabajo más efectivo dentro de sus instalaciones, la receptividad para nuevas actividades fue magnífica, todos estaban emocionados, tanto estudiantes como las autoridades universitarias, esta receptividad llevó a que la misma universidad diera un reconocimiento a Hive por esos dos días de actividades abriendo completamente las puertas de la universidad a Hive, solo queda planificar la mejor estrategia para abordar efectivamente la Universidad Yacambú con todas sus facultades.
Creo que hablo por todo el equipo, cuando digo que ese pequeño diploma de agradecimiento, nos tomó por sorpresa, no lo esperábamos, sin embargo, fue un detalle que nos hizo ver el interés de la universidad en conocer más de Hive, así decirnos a nosotros mismos, este trabajo está valiendo la pena.
Vacaciones
En este momento la universidad Yacambú se encuentra de periodo de vacaciones, por lo que tendremos nuevas conversaciones dentro de un par de meses, planificando un calendario y un plan de acción para abordar de la mejor manera a los estudiantes universitarios y todo el personal que trabaja en esta institución.
Soluciones
Cada universidad es distinta, a pesar de que se aborda bajo una serie de pasos, es necesario saber cuál es la mejor manera de que la universidad pueda ser parte activa de la comunidad de Hive.
Conclusiones
La verdad es que me siento feliz debido a este trabajo, nunca pensé e ir a las universidades (incluso en las que he estudiado) para hablar sobre un tema tan innovador y revolucionario desde un punto de vista tecnológico, económica y sobre todo con el sello de la libertad que supone la web 3.
Debo agradecer a todos los que apoyan este tipo de iniciativas para fortalecer este los lazos con estas instituciones que seguramente en un futuro muy cercano será partícipes en la construcción de esta gran colmena.
Por mi parte, no puedo este más eufórico con el trabajo y la proyección que tenemos para los próximos meses y el año 2024, en donde la expansión en las universidades será un punto clave para el centro occidente de Venezuela.

In this last year we have been able to expand the influence of Hive in several universities, opening the doors to activities, meetings, trainings and alliances with which we can continue to build our favourite blockchain, in this case, I was personally surprised by the reception of the Yacambú University a few weeks ago.

With every step taken by the Barquisimeto team, doors are opened to other institutions, not only within this city, but also throughout Venezuela, this university visited by the team is located in the neighboring city called Cabudare, however, their participation in the Lara Fest gave us the first approach and the first conversations.

Private University
An important aspect is that this is a private university, it is the first of its kind to have such an effective approach, even though they do not have the same needs as public institutions, they wanted every student, teacher and administrative staff to know about Hive and web 3.
2 Days of Visits and Acknowledgements
The euphoria about Hive's speech and demonstration was such that we were invited back for another day of activity, our agreement was for only one day with a space of only 45 minutes, which turned into another day with the same explanation, but also participating in a student activity.
There was a stand of several students presenting their projects, the professors saw the opportunity to place a stand of Hive (something we had not planned, but at the same time we could not refuse), to make a more effective approach with the students and with the rector of all the faculties of Yacambú (Economic Sciences, Political and Legal Sciences, Engineering).
Surprising Receptivity:
As I have always mentioned, we can talk 2 days about Hive and we will not cover all the important topics of this ecosystem, so the goal is to arouse curiosity in the institutions and then do a more effective work within their facilities, the receptivity for new activities was magnificent, everyone was excited, both students and university authorities, this receptivity led to the same university to give recognition to Hive for those two days of activities completely opening the doors of the university to Hive, it only remains to plan the best strategy to effectively address the Yacambú University with all its faculties.
I think I speak for the whole team when I say that this small diploma of appreciation took us by surprise, we were not expecting it, however, it was a detail that made us see the university's interest in learning more about Hive, so we could say to ourselves, this work is paying off.
Holidays
At the moment Yacambú University is on holiday, so we will have new conversations in a couple of months, planning a calendar and a plan of action to best address the university students and all the staff working in this institution.
Solutions
Every university is different, although it is approached under a series of steps, it is necessary to know the best way for the university to be an active part of the Hive community.
Conclusions
The truth is that I feel happy because of this work, I never thought and go to universities (even in the ones I have studied) to talk about a topic so innovative and revolutionary from a technological point of view, economic and above all with the seal of freedom that is the web 3.
I must thank all those who support this type of initiative to strengthen the ties with these institutions that will surely in the very near future be participants in the construction of this great hive.
For my part, I could not be more elated with the work and the projection that we have for the coming months and the year 2024, where the expansion of universities will be a key point for the central west of Venezuela.
