Soy Hiosman Celis de Marcano, me siento emocionada de estar aquí en esta grandiosa comunidad.
Caraqueña, nací en la Maternidad Santa Ana, en San Bernardino, Caracas-Venezuela, vivo en Petare, y como dice la canción:
“Voy de Petare rumbo a la Pastora, contemplando la montaña que decora mi ciudad, llevando matices de la buena aurora, con la fauna y con la flora, de un antaño sin igual…”

Provengo de una familia humilde, honrada y con valores morales definidos y fundamentados, un poco estilo militar, rígida y severa, que resaltan mi actitud jajaja, que puedo hacer si soy así😁😆🤣. Soy la primera hija de mi padre y cuarta de mi madre, ambos oriundos del Estado Táchira, y residentes en la Ciudad Capital, mi madre falleció hace 3 años y en honor a ella resaltó más mi nombre.
Llevo por nombre Hiosman (algo extraño para una dama), en honor a una Reina Inglesa del Siglo XIX, una tía paterna lo leyó en una revista magazine y se lo dio a mi madre, así sería llamada su nueva sobrina. Mi juventud fue venturosa, relajada, divertida, despreocupada y social, siempre me gusto la aventura y socializar, una cualidad que hoy día es para mí un privilegio, porque me permite impartir conocimiento en masa.
Soy Lcda. en Administración y Gestión Municipal (2014), Formadora REC, Especialista en Tributos y TSU en Turismo, mención Servicios Turísticos (1993), ejercí mi profesión de TSU, en la Gerencia de Mercadeo, ¡momentos más hermosos de mi juventud!
Mi desempeño laboral es amplio: relaciones públicas, ventas, recepcionista, Protocolo, Presupuesto, Eventos, Convenciones, Publicidad, Mercadeo, Administradora, Contabilidad, Impuestos, Anfitriona, y actualmente Formadora REC, realmente allí encontré una pasión, el resto de la historia dio un giro a mi vida, que siempre estuvo vinculada al área Administrativa.
El Universo tiene muchas sorpresas para nosotros, año 2020 (pandemia), me integre con un grupo de Entusiastas en Criptoeconomía y Tecnología Disruptiva. ¡Gracias a ellos!, la "Red de Entusiastas en Criptoeconomía (REC)", hoy día formó parte de su equipo de trabajo.
Hoy me sumo a esta hermosa labor que cumple este espacio HIVE y la comunidad @Hispapro; como Hiver con inmensa alegría y felicidad asumo este reto, esperando que nuestros aportes y conocimientos por la WEB3 sean de gran utilidad a esta comunidad y el resto del mundo.

Greetings, Hive community!
I'm Hiosman Celis de Marcano, I'm excited to be here in this great community.
I was born in the Santa Ana Maternity Hospital, in San Bernardino, Caracas-Venezuela, I live in Petare, and as the song says:
"I'm going from Petare towards La Pastora, contemplating the mountain that decorates my city, carrying nuances of the good dawn, with the fauna and flora, of an incomparable past..."

I come from a humble, honest family with defined and grounded moral values, a bit of a military style, rigid and severe, which highlight my attitude hahaha, what can I do if I am like that😁. I am my father's first daughter and my mother's fourth, both natives of the State of Táchira, and residents of the Capital City, my mother passed away 3 years ago and in honor of her my name stood out more.
It's called Hiosman (something strange for a lady), in honor of an English Queen of the nineteenth century, a paternal aunt read it in a magazine and gave it to my mother, that's what her new niece would be called. My youth was adventurous, relaxed, fun, carefree and social, I always liked adventure and socializing, a quality that today is a privilege for me, because it allows me to impart knowledge en masse.
I'm Lcda. in Municipal Administration and Management (2014), REC Trainer, Specialist in Taxes and TSU in Tourism, mention in Tourism Services (1993), I practiced my profession of TSU, in Marketing Management, most beautiful moments of my youth!
My work performance is broad: Public Relations, Sales, Receptionist, Protocol, Budget, Events, Conventions, Advertising, Marketing, Administrator, Accounting, Taxes, Hostess, and currently REC Trainer, really there I found a passion, the rest of the story took a turn in my life, which was always linked to the Administrative area.
The Universe has many surprises for us, year 2020 (pandemic), I joined a group of Enthusiasts in Cryptoeconomics and Disruptive Technology. Thanks to them, the "Cryptoeconomics Enthusiast Network (REC)" was now part of their team.
Today I join this beautiful work carried out by this HIVE space and the @Hispapro community; As Hiver with immense joy and happiness I take on this challenge, hoping that our contributions and knowledge for WEB3 will be of great use to this community and the rest of the world.
