A Storm in Caracas
Hi friends! Caracas is a city that has a tropical climate, where you can wake up with a radiant sun and in a matter of minutes a large gray cloud can arrive that hides the clarity and fills the streets, buildings and houses of a big city with water. which is accustomed to radical changes in climate, the mist is also the main protagonist of the Caracas scene, a characteristic that thousands of people have fallen in love with for years.
On this occasion I was at home, when suddenly I realized that the whole environment was cloudy and looking out the window I could see how a great storm seemed to be coming from the east that promised to engulf the entire city in a great storm. that seemed to bathe everything with cold water. The wind, the intense rain of large drops and the thunder fell for a couple of hours like a strong scourge that would punish everyone equally, I live in an apartment and even with the windows closed the water would begin to enter through the small openings and drop a drop would wet the wall, the floor and even the bed.
I really enjoy these storms, I like the smell of rain, the cold and the winter wind that makes us dream of the low temperatures of the northern countries, here in Caracas when the temperatures drop a little the inhabitants show off with their best coats, colorful umbrellas and thick blankets that, combined with a good cup of coffee or chocolate, take away the cold and make us feel happy in a pleasant atmosphere.

Una Tormenta en Caracas
Hola amigos! Caracas es una ciudad que cuenta con un clima tropical, en donde se puede amanecer con un sol radiante y en cuestión de minutos puede llegar una gran nube gris que oculte la claridad y llene de agua a las calles, edificios y casas de una gran ciudad que está acostumbrada a los cambios radicales de clima, la neblina también es protagonista principal de la escena caraqueña, una característica que durante años han enamorado a miles de personas.
En esta ocasión me encontraba en mi casa, cuando de pronto me di cuenta que todo el ambiente se encontraba nublado y al mirar por la ventana pude observar como desde el este parecía venir una gran tormenta que prometía envolver a toda la ciudad en un gran temporal que parecía bañar todo con agua fría. El viento, la intensa lluvia de gotas grandes y los truenos cayeron durante un par de horas como un fuerte azote que castigaría a todos por igual, yo vivo en un apartamento y aun teniendo las ventanas cerradas el agua comenzaría entrar por las pequeñas aberturas y gota a gota mojaría la pared, el piso he incluso la cama.
Yo disfruto mucho de estos temporales, me gusta el olor a lluvia, el frio y el viento invernal que nos hace soñar con las bajas temperaturas de los países del norte, aquí en Caracas cuando las temperaturas bajan un poco los habitantes se lucen con sus mejores abrigos, coloridos paraguas y mantas gruesas que combinados con una buena taza de café o chocolate nos quita el frio y nos hace sentir felices en un ambiente agradable.
