Este es un blog bastante emotivo para mí, ya que, es la vivencia de mi madre en la consecución de sus metas.
Les presento un poco a mi madre. Una mujer emprendedora, filantrópica y libertaria.

Siempre ha tenido una vocación de servicio. En principio hizo de docente experiencial primero con sus sobrinos y primitos más pequeños. Y eso la llevó a ser durante un tiempo en principio ad honorem y luego pago (por un tiempo) el rol de "maestra de tareas dirigidas"
Esa vivencia de enseñar, servir y ayudar, le hizo también llevar sus virtudes caritativas dentro de ONG's.
Sin embargo a mi "maíz" (así es como le llamo a mi mamá) Estudio en principio Diseño Industrial en el Instituto de Diseño de Caracas.
She has always had a vocation for service. In the beginning she was an experiential teacher first with her nephews and younger cousins. And that led her to be for a time, at first ad honorem and then paid (for a while) the role of "homework teacher ".
That experience of teaching, serving and helping, made her also carry her charitable virtues within NGOs.
However, my "corn" (that's how I call my mom). I studied Industrial Design at the Instituto de Diseño de Caracas.
Con el pasar de los años, por también siempre apoyar a mi padre (del qué también haremos un post en su momento) en sus negocios y emprendimientos, tomó el papel de administradora o encargada de las finanzas.
Del cual se dió cuenta, quería dedicarse. Los años necesarios pasaron para que eso fuese una realidad.
Cuando descubrió esa profesión, empezó por lo más sencillo, irse empapando de formación, es decir; hacer cursos al respecto. Luego, una muy buena trayectoria en sus trabajos previo y las buenas referencias de su forma de ser y responsabilidad le llevaron a escalar más en esa experiencia personal-profesional.

Of which she realized, she wanted to dedicate herself. The necessary years passed for that to become a reality.
When he discovered this profession, he started by the simplest way, soaking up training, that is to say, taking courses on the subject. Then, a very good trajectory in his previous jobs and the good references of his way of being and responsibility led him to climb further in this personal-professional experience.
De ahí, inmediatamente al ver que iba creciendo se dió cuenta que debía seguirse formando y acudió al TSU en un sitio especializado en Administración, dónde ya había hecho sus cursos.
Ahora está en el área contable optando por su licenciatura en la Universidad Mariscal Sucre.
Justo después de su cumpleaños el día de San Valentín que celebramos muy a gusto y fraterno a la Gloria del Gran Arquitecto Del Universo... Tuvo lugar su fecha defensa del TSU, el cual es el título previo para su visión a largo plazo.

Now he is in the accounting area opting for his degree at the Mariscal Sucre University.
Just after his birthday on Valentine's Day, which we celebrated very happily and fraternally to the Glory of the Great Architect of the Universe... His TSU defense date took place, which is the preliminary degree for his long term vision.
Celebro con ella y extiendo mis felicitaciones de su presentación en la cual tuve la oportunidad de estar. Además, tuve el honor de ver su nota el cual fue el único 20/20 del equipo 🤭
Todos pasaron, pero ella con la máxima puntuación. Fue muy grato.
Y para mayor impresión, los de su salón aprovecharon también de cantarle cumpleaños.
Su tema de proyecto se trataba de generar un plan administrativo y financiero para una empresa comunitaria. Buscando elevar sus eficiencia y eficacia desde el punto de operatividad y rentabilidad.
I celebrate with her and extend my congratulations of her presentation in which I had the opportunity to be. Also, I had the honor to see her score which was the only 20/20 of the team 🤭.
Everyone passed, but she with the highest score. It was very pleasing.
And to further impress, those in her classroom also took the opportunity to sing her birthday to her.
Her project topic was about generating an administrative and financial plan for a community enterprise. She was looking to increase its efficiency and effectiveness from the point of view of operability and profitability.
Plantearon la creación de un organigrama con función de cargos. Para poder delegar responsabilidades y tener una mejor forma de hacer el trabajo. Al mismo tiempo le desarrollaron un software que les dice cuánto hay en ingresos y egresos y cuánto disponen. Deduciendo incluso lo que deben pagar por tributos.
Así va otro avance en la carrera de mamá...
Estoy muy agradecido con mis padres por sus virtudes y enseñanzas dejadas en mi como una joya que siempre voy a atesorar.
Me complace ver cómo siempre buscan superarse. Y eso es algo digno de admirar. Renacer como un fénix las veces que sea necesario pero aprender a vivir y vivir bien.
Mientras esperaba a que mamá me dijera que podía pasar, estuve afuera de su salon esperando pacientemente... Y llegaba a la conclusión de lo importante que es tener buenas fuentes de inspiración y que mejor ejemplo que tus propios padres.

I am very grateful to my parents for their virtues and teachings left in me as a jewel that I will always treasure.
It pleases me to see how they always seek to better themselves. And that is something to admire. To be reborn as a phoenix as many times as necessary but to learn to live and live well.
While I was waiting for mom to tell me that I could come in, I was outside her living room waiting patiently... And I came to the conclusion of how important it is to have good sources of inspiration and what better example than your own parents.
Y me alegro mucho que ese sea mi caso. Aunque estoy seguro que los padres de todos siempre estarán presentes y muy acertados en sus lecciones.
