La historia de mi emprendimiento🤩🍰 [ESP-ENG]

Feliiz viernes gente linda!! Hoy les quiero compartir la historia de mi emprendimiento, no es nuevo ya que llevo un tiempo con el, solo que no lo había querido hacer público, porque en un principio pensaba y tengo una cierta clientela fija, pero en mi mente está el que esa gente puede llegar un momento en que se aburran y que bajen las ventas, que ha pasado un poco, y pues estaba buscando opciones y la más fácil y la que quizás abra puertas y el negocio crezca es abrirle una cuenta de Instagram.

Lo que me frenaba antes y la razón por la que no le había abierto la cuenta cuando comencé, es el tema de los deliverys, pero ya tengo a personas que me pueden ayudar con eso, igual estoy viendo la posibilidad de conseguir a alguien que tenga moto para cualquier emergencia o de plano contratarlo para que me haga las entregas.

Today I want to share with you the story of my venture, it is not new since I have been doing it for a while, I just did not want to make it public, because at first I thought and I have a certain fixed clientele, but in my mind is that these people may come a time when they get bored and sales drop, which has happened a little, and then I was looking for options and the easiest and perhaps the one that opens doors and the business grows is to open an Instagram account.

What was holding me back before and the reason why I had not opened the account when I started, is the issue of deliveries, but I already have people who can help me with that, I am also looking at the possibility of getting someone who has a motorcycle for any emergency or hire him to make deliveries.

Por qué y como empecé? | Why and how did I start?

Yo desde mediados del año pasado quería como emprender algo, hacer algo y al principio intenté con depilación de cejas, hice un mini curso por internet, me compré mis cosas emocionada e hice un cartel para ponerlo fuera de mi departamento porque en principio quería llevarlo allí mismo en el edificio a domicilio. Le hice una cuenta de Instagram que ahorita es la de las marquesas y bueno comparti tres post, y tuve dos clientas conicidas, fuera de mi edificio, y la verdad no resulto ser como esperaba, no había vida con eso y de otras o tenía que trabajar en peluquería o si no hacer domilicios fuera de la zona de donde vivo y eso requiere te tiempo y demanda horario y la verdad no podía, así que lo tuve que dejar. Después como que se me pasó todo con eso y hace unos meses vi un video de una receta de marquesas saludables y se me prendió el bombillo y me dije que por qué no intentar con eso jaja. Me comente la idea a mi mamá, le pareció bien y me ha apoyado hasta ahorita y todo chevere, invierti en ingredientes y todo lo que necesitaba para hacer una primera tanda y todo se me dio bien. En principio quería que fuesen de verdad saludables, pero mi mamá me decía muchas veces que a la clientela a la que le íbamos a vender no le interesaba mucho eso (en la clínica donde ella trabaja) y bueno igual yo intenté hacerlas, compre una galletas más saludables, leche sin lactosa, un endulzante con menos calorías, pero lo chimbo fue que las galletas que compré, al humedeserlas con la leche agarraban un sabor y olor diferente y eso no gustó a muchas personas y bueno tuve que para la siguiente oportunidad hacerlas normal...

Empecé con dos sabores, la clásica de chocolate y de limón, y hoy día tengo otro sabor que es Parchita/Maracuya y por supuesto más idea de sabores que tengo en mente que iré sacando a petición del público con el favor de Dios.

Aún tengo la idea, porque eso siempre ha sido lo que he querido, hacer unos postres saludables y tengo fé en ver si a través de Instagram, interactuando con las personas llego a sacar la versión saludable que quiero y tener las dos opciones jeje...

I made an Instagram account that is now the one of the marquesas and well I shared three posts, and I had two clients outside my building, and the truth is that it didn't turn out as I expected, there was no life with that and others or I had to work in hairdressing or else do home visits outside the area where I live and that requires you time and demands schedule and the truth is I couldn't, so I had to leave it. Then I kind of got over it and a few months ago I saw a video of a recipe for healthy marquesas and the light bulb went off and I said to myself why not try that haha. I told my mom about the idea, she thought it was good and has supported me so far and everything was great, I invested in ingredients and everything I needed to make a first batch and everything went well. At first I wanted them to be really healthy, but my mom told me many times that the clientele we were going to sell to was not very interested in that (in the clinic where she works) and well I tried to make them, I bought a healthier cookies, lactose-free milk, a sweetener with fewer calories, but the problem was that the cookies I bought, when I moistened them with milk they had a different taste and smell and many people did not like that and well I had to make them normal for the next time....

I started with two flavors, the classic chocolate and lemon, and today I have another flavor which is Parchita/Maracuya and of course more ideas of flavors that I have in mind that I will bring out by request of the public with the favor of God.

I still have the idea, because that has always been what I've wanted, to make healthy desserts and I have faith to see if through Instagram, interacting with people I get to get the healthy version I want and have the two options hehe....

Historia del nombre | History of the name

Como les comenté, yo quería en principio que fueran una opción saludable, y si llegaba a hacerle las etiquetas quería que se llamara "MarqueFit" jaja, pero bueno lo fue así, y estuve investigando otros emprendimiento de lo mismo y muchos ya tenian nombres que había pensado y bueno, quería que fuese algo más original y se me ocurrió ese "Antojo de Marquesa" porque hace referencia a cuando te provoca exactamente una o tienes antojo de algo dulce jeje. Igual se llego a sacar la versión saludable seria "Antojo de Marquesa Fit".

Y bueno, así quedó, el logo y todo lo que tiene que ver con branding lo estoy haciendo yo, con unos tips de un curso que tomé sobre eso hace tiempo, y si llego a crecer batante quizas le deje esa parte a manos de un profesional para mejorar la apariencia y hacerlo más original.

As I told you, I initially wanted them to be a healthy option, and if I got to make the labels I wanted it to be called "MarqueFit" haha, but well it was like that, and I was investigating other ventures of the same and many already had names that I had thought and well, I wanted it to be something more original and I came up with that "Antojo de Marquesa" because it refers to when you have a craving for something sweet hehe. Maybe the healthy version would be "Antojo de Marquesa Fit".

And well, that's how it turned out, the logo and everything that has to do with branding I'm doing it myself, with some tips from a course I took about it some time ago, and if I grow a lot I might leave that part to a professional to improve the appearance and make it more original.

Para las personas que no son de Venezuela, una marquesa es un postre frío bastante popular en mi país a base de galletas María y pudin de chocolate, en otros países creo que la llaman Carlota, o simplemente torta o postre frío jaja. La tradicional es la de chocolate pero claro que pueden haber de otros sabores como en mi caso y el de muchos.

For people who are not from Venezuela, a marquesa is a very popular cold dessert in my country based on Maria cookies and chocolate pudding, in other countries I think they call it Carlota, or just cake or cold dessert haha. The traditional one is the chocolate one but of course there can be other flavors as in my case and many others.
