Welcome, dear Hivers!
At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support.
From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc.
Today we bring you the sixth curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

En el Proyecto Aliento y como Testigos en Hive, trabajamos día a día en apoyar a los creadores de contenido de la cadena, y en especial, a aquellos que hacen vida en las Comunidades Amigas que apoyamos.

Desde @aliento.love queremos mostrar un poco del porqué apoyamos directamente estas publicaciones, para que muchos de nuestros hivers que hacen vida en nuestra comunidad puedan encontrar un rumbo y una idea hacia dónde dirigir sus publicaciones, cómo mejorarlas a través de analizar el contenido de otras personas, etc.
Hoy les traemos el sexto reporte de curación del proyecto con el mismo enfoque que comenzamos la semana pasada en el cuál mostraremos el motivo por el cuál elegimos los posts a mostrar el día de hoy y un tópico particular que puede ser reflexivo, divertido, educativo, etc, así que, ¡vamos con el reporte de hoy!

Topic of the day: SHORT CONTENT IS THE FUTURE?
Throughout our lives, we learn many things from people's advice, from the teachings of our parents, friends, teachers, colleagues and so on, but we also learn from our own experiences, our own mistakes and so on.
There are people in the world who are not willing to learn because they are not willing to make mistakes, because they begin to invalidate and belittle the work they do because they do not have the required level to do particular things, but they do not realize that while we are learning it is okay if we make mistakes, we have to make them, because otherwise we would not be learning.
If we want to be people of integrity with good knowledge in many things or in a specific factor, we always need to have an open mind to be willing to learn, keep our humility latent and know that anyone can teach us something, even a person who does not know as much about something as we do, we can always find something that generates a learning experience.
In life all mistakes are learning, no matter what, some are painful, others not so much, but we must always see them as specific learning of life to avoid succumbing to negative emotions and enter into a vicious circle of bad things.
The only way to grow is by learning and the only way to learn is by daring, so what are you waiting for to start learning something new today?

A lo largo de nuestra vida, nos toca aprender muchas cosas de la misma a través de los consejos de las personas, de las enseñanzas de nuestros padres, amigos, maestros, colegas y demás, pero también nos toca aprender por nuestras propias experiencias, nuestros propios errores y demás.
Hay personas en el mundo que no están dispuestas a aprender porque no están dispuestas a cometer errores, ya que, empiezan a invalidad y menospreciar el trabajo que realizan por no tener el nivel requerido para realizar cosas particulares, pero no se dan cuenta de que mientras se esté aprendiendo no pasa nada si cometemos errores, tenemos que cometerlos, porque, de lo contrario, no estaríamos aprendiendo.
Si queremos ser personas íntegras con buenos conocimientos en muchas cosas o en un factor puntual, necesitamos siempre tener la mente abierta para estar dispuestos a aprender, mantener la humildad latente y saber que cualquier persona puede enseñarnos algo, inclusive una persona que no sepa tanto de algo como nosotros, siempre podemos encontrar algo que nos genere un aprendizaje.
En la vida todos los errores son aprendizajes, sin importar qué, algunos son dolorosos, otros no tanto, pero siempre debemos verlos como aprendizajes puntuales de la vida para evitar sucumbir ante las emociones negativas y entrar en un circulo vicioso de cosas malas.
La única manera de crecer, es aprendiendo y la única manera de aprender, es atreviéndonos, entonces, ¿qué esperas para comenzar a aprender algo nuevo el día de hoy?
