Recientemente en la Universidad Politécnica Territorial del Oeste de Sucre Clodosbaldo Russián, ubicada en el Estado Sucre, Venezuela, se desarrolló un conversatorio titulado Blockchain: una experiencia para monetizar; el mismo estuvo a cargo de las doctoras Licarmen Martínez (@angelica7) y Adriana Gamboa (@geadriana), docentes de esta casa de estudios.
Recently, at the Universidad Politécnica Territorial del Oeste de Sucre Clodosbaldo Russián, located in the State of Sucre, Venezuela, a discussion entitled Blockchain: an experience to monetize was held; it was in charge of doctors Licarmen Martínez (@angelica7) and Adriana Gamboa (@geadriana), teachers of this house of studies.
El propósito de esta actividad fue concientizar a la comunidad universitaria y aledaña sobre el contexto actual del mundo de los criptoactivos, como una posibilidad para monetizar el talento.
The purpose of this activity was to make the university and surrounding community aware of the current context of the world of crypto assets, as a possibility to monetize talent.
Al ser alguien que se está iniciando en el mundo de la blockchain esta actividad resultó bastante enriquecedora, tuve la oportunidad de aprender cosas nuevas y muy pertinentes para ser aplicadas en este mundo. También tuve la oportunidad de escuchar experiencias de otras personas, algunas principiantes otras más expertas, quienes nos mostraron sus vivencias en el mundo de los criptoactivos, sus aciertos y desaciertos, sus éxitos y fracasos, pero todo como parte de una serie de aprendizajes que conllevan al crecimiento personal y al potenciamiento del talento que cada uno alberga en su interior.
Being someone who is just starting out in the world of blockchain, this activity was quite enriching, I had the opportunity to learn new and very relevant things to be applied in this world. I also had the opportunity to listen to the experiences of other people, some beginners, others more experts, who showed us their experiences in the world of crypto assets, their successes and failures, their successes and failures, but all as part of a series of learnings that they entail. to personal growth and the enhancement of the talent that each one harbors within.
Este conversatorio, que transcurrió entre sonrisas y expresiones de alegría, fue una invitación para que los asistentes reflexionáramos sobre esas cosas que nos gustan, que nos apasionan, y convertirlas en motor que inspire e impulse nuestro accionar en la blockchain. Son esos, nuestros talentos, los que nos convierten en seres valientes, extraordinarios, capaces de alcanzar cualquier meta que nos propongamos, por muy grande que sea, sin importar los obstáculos que aparezcan, si nos lo proponemos podemos lograrlo.
This conversation, which took place between smiles and expressions of joy, was an invitation for the attendees to reflect on those things that we like, that we are passionate about, and turn them into an engine that inspires and drives our actions in the blockchain. It is those, our talents, that make us brave, extraordinary beings, capable of achieving any goal we set for ourselves, no matter how great it may be, regardless of the obstacles that appear, if we set our minds to it, we can achieve it.
El mundo cripto está en constante evolución y si uno quiere incrementar sus saberes, lo mejor es mantenerse informado y en constante aprendizaje; esta es una de las lecciones que nos dejó el conversatorio Blockchain: una experiencia para monetizar. Sin dudas, una forma de incrementar los saberes es el intercambio de experiencias, compartir lo aprendido es un recurso invaluable ya que ofrece espacios para la retroalimentación y el aprendizaje colaborativo, es una oportunidad donde tod@s podemos aprender juntos, superar los obstáculos mancomunadamente, apalancando un éxito que, a la final, es de tod@s por igual.

Undoubtedly, one way to increase knowledge is the exchange of experiences, sharing what has been learned is an invaluable resource since it offers spaces for feedback and collaborative learning, it is an opportunity where we can all learn together, overcome obstacles jointly, leveraging a success that, in the end, belongs to everyone equally.
Incursionar en la blockchain es una meta que muchos de los presentes en la actividad se han propuesto, incluyendo mi persona, es por ello que escudriñar en nuestro interior para dejar que afloren los talentos ocultos, o más bien dormidos, es un ejercicio necesario en procura de ir dando esos pequeños pasos que nos permitirán adentrarnos en este mundo desconocido, fascinante, cautivador, presto a servir como tierra fértil para aquellos dispuestos a sembrar sueños y cosechar éxitos.
