Nunca es tarde para cuidar nuestra piel, por eso presento mi primer bloqueador solar y te cuento cómo fue mi experiencia con este producto.
Como lo he mencionado en otras oportunidades nunca le presté la debida importancia a mi rostro hasta hace un año aproximadamente observé la presencia de manchas y arrugas, pero gracias a esta comunidad que me ha motivado lo suficiente y educado empecé a cuidarme como dicen nunca es tarde para empezar.

It's never too late to take care of our skin, that's why I'm introducing my first sunscreen and I'll tell you about my experience with this product.
As I have mentioned in other opportunities I never paid due importance to my face until about a year ago I noticed the presence of spots and wrinkles, but thanks to this community that has motivated me enough and educated me I started to take care of myself as they say it's never too late to start.
Hace algún tiempo leí una reseña de @beysyd que escribió sobre el bloqueador de la marca coher y me gustó tanto que lo anoté y dije que cuando comprara uno sería este mismo producto. Tal como ella lo mencionó, me encontré con en un producto ligero de una consistencia algo pegajosa al tacto, pero una vez que se aplica al rostro, se disuelve y se puede sentir ligero, dejando la piel humectada y fresca.
Es muy rendidora, con poca cantidad puedes cubrir tu cara y cuello. La primera vez que lo utilicé me excedí y aprendí que con poquito es suficiente. Su precio fue bastante accesible por debajo de los 10 dólares y lo compré en farmatodo.
Some time ago I read a review by @beysyd who wrote about the coher brand sunblock and I liked it so much that I wrote it down and said when I buy one it will be this very product. Just as she mentioned, I found it to be in a light product with a somewhat sticky consistency to the touch, but once applied to the face, it dissolves and can feel light, leaving the skin moisturised and refreshed.
It's very yielding, with just a small amount you can cover your face and neck. The first time I used it I overdid it and learned that a little goes a long way. The price was quite affordable at under 10 dollars and I bought it at farmatodo.
Tienen muchos ingredientes, entre los que destacan el ácido hialurónico + niacinamida y también muchos beneficios: es humectante, antiedad, unificador de tono de la piel y, por supuesto, protege contra los rayos solares UV (ultravioleta) y los rayos UVB con fps 45.
Como dato curioso no sabía lo que significaba ese número qué precede las iniciales FPS Factor de Protección Solar seguidas de un número que puede ser 15, 30, 50 y hasta 100, obviamente sabía que estaba relacionado con la protección que brindaba el producto, pero en sí desconocía porque había un número, cuál era el significado real hasta que conversé con @maridmc otra gran amiga que hace vida en la comunidad y me aclaró que esos números representan los minutos de protección que brinda el producto, es decir, si tengo una crema de 45 serán solo esos minutos los que estaré protegida una vez que me la aplique.
It has many ingredients, including hyaluronic acid + niacinamide and also many benefits: it's moisturising, anti-ageing, skin tone unifying and, of course, it protects against UV (ultraviolet) and UVB rays with fps 45.
As a curious fact, I didn't know what that number before the initials SPF Sun Protection Factor meant, followed by a number that can be 15, 30, 50 or even 100, obviously I knew that it was related to the protection provided by the product, but I didn't know why there was a number, I didn't know what the real meaning was until I talked to @maridmc another great friend of mine who lives in the community and she told me that those numbers represent the minutes of protection that the product provides, that is to say, if I have a 45 cream, it will only be those minutes that I will be protected once I apply it.
Como conclusión, puedo decir que lo máximo que podemos estar protegidas con un protector solar son 100 minutos, eso equivale a casi dos horas después de ese tiempo debemos retocar de nuevo el bloqueador y evitar exponernos sin sombreros, gorras o sombrillas a espacios abiertos.
Ahora lo que debo tener es la constancia para aplicarlo desde que lo compré lo he usado pocas veces, estoy tomando conciencia de su importancia. Necesito crear el hábito de aplicarlo todos los días y varias veces.
As a conclusion, I can say that the most we can be protected with a sunscreen is 100 minutes, that is equivalent to almost two hours after that time we should touch up the sunscreen again and avoid exposing ourselves without hats, caps or umbrellas to open spaces.
Now what I must have is the constancy to apply it since I bought it I have used it a few times, I am becoming aware of its importance. I need to create the habit of applying it every day and several times.
