Thank you, Bali... this reply is a little late... but better late than never, right? Life certainly can be tumultuous in one moment and bring peace in another. Or maybe that is just God's way of shaping us :-) It does take a complete removal of distractions to allow us to find ourselves in the silence and stillness that remains.
