Hoy les comparto la preparación de un delicioso enrollado de carne molida, el cual hice por primera vez, queda muy rico y con el variamos el menú🤭 📝 Ingredientes: ● 🥩600 gr Carne Molida ●🧅Cebolla ● 🫑Pimentón ●🧄Ajo ● 🌶Aji ● 2 Cdas de Avena en hojuelas ● 🥚3 Huevos ● 🍖Jamón de pierna ● 🧀 Queso Amarillo ●🧂Sal al gusto ● Papel aluminio 👩🏻‍🍳 Preparación: 1.- Colocamos la carne molida en un envase y la aderezamos con cebolla, pimentón, ajo y sal. Luego agregamos la dos cucharadas de avena y uno de los huevo, esto con la finalidad de que la carne se compacte.

2.- Sancochamos los dos huevos restantes, descascaramos y reservamos.

3.- Colocamos sobre el mesón un pliego de papel aluminio y encima extendemos la carne molida tratando de forma un rectángulo, para poder manipularla sin que se salga el relleno. Luego ponemos las lonjas de jamón de pierna, queso amarillo y los huevos sancochada.

4.- Enrollamos como si fuera un brazo gitano, cerramos el papel aluminio en los laterales y colocamos el rollo sobre una bandeja.

5.- Llevamos al horno a 200°c por aproximadamente una hora, sacamos del horno abrimos el papel y lo volvemos a introducir en el horno para que dore. Retiramos dejamos reposar, cortamos y degustamos.

En esta ocasión serví los rollos de carne acompañados de arroz amarillo con vegetales y ensalada rallada. Este rollo es verdaderamente una delicia, es ideal para un almuerzo en familia, los comensales de mi casa quedaron encantados.🤭 Si tienen tocineta pueden cubrir el rollo con ella y les dará con un sabor mucho más rico y un aspecto más tostado.
