Current European Rally champion, Kiwi Hayden Paddon is coming back for the season finals at Rally Poland which will be a tough fight between him and Frenchman Matthieu Franceschi (Škoda) and the difference between them in points is very small.
Thia will be the last event that official Hyundai will support their Rally2 machinery in some of the bigger series because they decide to stop manufacturing their model i20 Rally2 because of a poor sale. Yeah, Hayden Paddon is using that car and if he leads the Championship with it, it is more from his driving then on the machinery itself.
Škoda, Toyota or Citroen are just much quicker cars then Hyundai in Rally2 class but lets see if Paddon will be able to win the title even with that car without a full potential against the opposition.
