Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un video corto de lo que realicé ayer en el parque junto a mi compañero Rafael. Ayer me sentía un poco pesado para entrenar; no era un entrenamiento planificado. Estuve un rato conversando con Rafa sobre si íbamos a entrenar o no. Él propuso ir a la grama artificial, y yo no tenía inconveniente, ya que solo tenía ganas de practicar la parada de manos. No quería hacer un entrenamiento completo, realmente deseaba descansar pero aún así quería estar en el parque.
Greetings to the entire Hive, ThreeSpeak and Street Workout community! I hope you are all well and enjoying a great weekend. Today I want to share with you a short video of what I did yesterday in the park with my partner Rafael. Yesterday I felt a bit heavy to train; it wasn't a planned training. I was talking with Rafa for a while about whether we were going to train or not. He proposed to go to the artificial grass, and I had no objection, as I just wanted to practice the handstand. I didn't want to do a full training session, I really wanted to rest but I still wanted to be in the park.
Finalmente, decidí centrarme en la parada de manos, es decir, en la calistenia. Por otro lado, Rafael se enfocó en el parkour. Se podría decir que es similar al Street Workout, pero se realiza en el suelo, sin necesidad de barras. No es un deporte muy diferente; incluso se puede combinar con la calistenia. Es muy divertido practicar este deporte. Como pueden ver en el video, Rafael comenzó haciendo un combo de parkour. Personalmente, no tengo un combo en este deporte porque no respeto bien los tiempos; a veces hago todo muy rápido y otras veces me detengo y pierdo el ritmo, jaja. Prefiero seguir con la calistenia. Luego hice algunas flexiones en parada de manos; a pesar de sentirme pesado, logré hacer más de tres, aunque en una casi lo arruino, pero logré salvarla.
Finally, I decided to focus on handstands, i.e. calisthenics. On the other hand, Rafael focused on parkour. You could say it's similar to Street Workout, but it's done on the ground, without the need for bars. It is not a very different sport; it can even be combined with calisthenics. It's a lot of fun to do this sport. As you can see in the video, Rafael started doing a parkour combo. Personally, I don't have a combo in this sport because I don't respect the times well; sometimes I do everything very fast and sometimes I stop and lose the rhythm, haha. I prefer to stick to calisthenics. Then I did some handstand push-ups; despite feeling heavy, I managed to do more than three, although I almost blew it on one, but I managed to save it.
Después de un rato, mi compañero lanzó otro combo; esta vez no le salió tan bien y me sorprendió porque él está más avanzado en esto que yo. Sin embargo, por eso estamos en la grama, para evitar lesiones en caso de caer. Luego llegó mi turno y fue mi último intento del día: hice un intento de parada de manos con un brazo, más o menos me salió. En ese punto ya quería descansar y así fue; pasamos a grabar la despedida del video y realmente me gustó. ¡Espero que les guste! ¡Bendiciones para todos!
After a while, my partner threw another combo; this time it didn't work out so well and I was surprised because he is more advanced at this than I am. However, that's why we're on the grass, to avoid injury in case we fall. Then it was my turn and it was my last attempt of the day: I did a one-arm handstand attempt, which more or less worked. At that point I wanted to rest and so I did; we went on to record the video farewell and I really enjoyed it. I hope you like it! Blessings to all!
