Hola, buenas noches para todos y cada uno de ustedes, amigos y queridísimos lectores. Un gran, agradable y cordial saludo para todos y cada uno de ustedes. Como siempre, hago un saludo especial para todos mis amigos y compañeros de la maravillosa comunidad de #swc. También, un gran saludo para mis amigos de las comunidades de #liketu y la comunidad de #hive. Hoy les comentaré sobre mi día de entrenamiento de full plancha. Del día de hoy con mis amigos, comparto con ustedes que mi gran compañero @manuel-sw ya llegó nuevamente al Estado Apure. La verdad se le extrañaba mucho y fue muy divertido y alegre su regreso a entrenar nuevamente con nosotros. Bueno, el día de hoy seguí con mis amigos. Entre ellos, mis amigos del parque y mis dos amigos conocidos por la comunidad @alexdro-sw y @manuel-sw. Junto a ellos seguí la gran y exhaustiva rutina de mi compañero y también amigo @yisus-sw. Por cierto, aprovecho para agradecerte por compartir tal rutina con todos, mi bro. Fue una muy buena rutina en lo personal. Para mí, dejó mis hombros sin mucha fuerza, qué se diga. Esta rutina se enfocó mucho en las tres partes de la plancha. En esta rutina hicimos aguantes, tensiones y empujes. Muy excelente rutina para fortalecer y mejorar muchas cosas en la plancha. Y por cierto, un viejo amigo que empezó en el mundo de la calistenia conmigo regresó hoy con mucho entusiasmo. Eso me alegra mucho, ya que veo en él un gran potencial como posible atleta de calistenia. Más adelante les seguiré contando de mi amigo. Y bueno, sin más nada que decir, termino con mi post de hoy. Today I will tell you about my full plank training day. Today with my friends, I share with you that my great partner @manuel-sw has already arrived back in the Apure State. The truth is that he was missed a lot and it was very fun and joyful when he returned to train with us again. Well, today I continued with my friends. Among them, my friends from the park and my two friends known to the community @alexdro-sw and @manuel-sw. Together with them I followed the great and exhaustive routine of my partner and also friend @yisus-sw. By the way, I take this opportunity to thank you for sharing such a routine with everyone, my bro. It was a very good routine personally. For me, it left my shoulders without much strength, whatever. This routine focused a lot on all three parts of the plank. In this routine we did holds, tensions and pushes. Very excellent routine to strengthen and improve many things in the plank. And by the way, an old friend who started in the world of calisthenics with me returned today with great enthusiasm.
