Greetings, passionate calisthenics and content creators in the #Hive, #Liketu and #Swc communities! I’m @vroxsser-black and this was my experience on day 49 of the “return of the velociraptor”.
Hoy, viernes, nos sumergimos de lleno en nuestro fin de semana de entrenamiento. El parque se convirtió en nuestro escenario, y junto a mis compañeros de calistenia, dimos lo mejor de nosotros. Desde la parte inferior hasta la superior, trabajamos cada músculo de nuestro cuerpo. No dejamos nada al azar. Los ejercicios cardiovasculares nos hicieron palpitar con fuerza, y los abdominales nos llevaron al límite. El fallo fue nuestro aliado, porque sabemos que es en ese punto donde se forja la resistencia y la fuerza. El compañerismo que surge entre nosotros es invaluable; nos animamos mutuamente, compartimos técnicas y celebramos cada pequeño avance con gritos y felicitaciones.
Today, Friday, we dove right into our training weekend. The park became our stage, and together with my calisthenics partners, we gave it our best. From the bottom to the top, we worked every muscle in our body. We left nothing to chance. The cardio exercises made us throb hard, and the abs pushed us to the limit. Failure was our ally, because we know that this is where endurance and strength are forged. The camaraderie that emerges among us is invaluable; we encourage each other, share techniques and celebrate every little advance with shouts and congratulations.
Este tramo final del año se avecina con expectativas, y no podemos quedarnos atrás. Queremos estar al nivel, superando nuestros propios límites. Como atletas, sabemos que la persistencia y la dedicación son clave para alcanzar nuestras metas. Y hoy, en medio de las barras y las flexiones, sentí esa conexión especial con mis compañeros. Somos un equipo, y juntos nos preparamos para lo que viene. Erick, uno de nuestros compañeros, también es un apasionado de la fotografía. Después de nuestro intenso entrenamiento, capturó momentos llenos de sudor y determinación. Sus fotos son un testimonio visual de nuestro esfuerzo y progreso. Me siento orgulloso de todos nosotros; incluso en poco tiempo, hemos alcanzado niveles dignos de competición. Como uno de los tutores de entrenamiento, no hay mayor satisfacción que ver cómo todo el trabajo arduo se traduce en resultados positivos en nuestras vidas. Estamos listos para enfrentar los desafíos que vienen, y lo hacemos juntos, como una comunidad unida por la pasión por la calistenia.
This final stretch of the year is coming up with expectations, and we cannot lag behind. We want to be at the level, surpassing our own limits. As athletes, we know that persistence and dedication are key to reaching our goals. And today, in the midst of the bars and push-ups, I felt that special connection with my teammates. We are a team, and together we are preparing for what lies ahead. Erick, one of our teammates, is also passionate about photography. After our intense training, he captured moments full of sweat and determination. His photos are a visual testimony of our effort and progress. I am proud of all of us; even in a short time, we have reached competition-worthy levels. As one of the training tutors, there is no greater satisfaction than seeing all the hard work translate into positive results in our lives. We are ready to face the challenges ahead, and we do it together, as a community united by a passion for calisthenics.
