Hola Comunidad de #SWC, el día de hoy fue mi 2do día entrenando Resistencia con la asesoría de mi amigo @hecatonquirox.
Pensaba que la rutina de ayer era fuerte, pero la de hoy fue un sufrimiento, nunca había deseado tanto que se acabara un entrenamiento😭. No miento cuando digo que terminé temblando al finalizar la rutina, lo gracioso es que al terminarla me sentí feliz, no porque se terminó sino por haberla completado, parece que ya tan rápido le ando agarrando cariño a esta modalidad.😅
Antes de irme, con mi amigo @badell realicé "Ripper", la cual es una rutina corta pero intensa para trabajar el abdomen.

Hello #SWC Community, today was my 2nd day training Resistance with the advice of my friend @hecatonquirox.
I thought yesterday's routine was strong, but today's was a suffering, I've never wanted a workout to end so much😭. I'm not lying when I say that I ended up shaking at the end of the routine, the funny thing is that when I finished it I felt happy, not because it was over but for having completed it, it seems that I'm getting fond of this modality so fast 😅.
Before I left, with my friend @badell I performed "Ripper", which is a short but intense routine to work the abdomen.
