Hola Comunidad de #SWC, en este post les comparto unas fotos de lo que fue mi rutina del día de hoy.
Estoy empezando a entrenar Resistencia en compañía y asesoría de @hecatonquirox, sinceramente la resistencia no es algo en lo que me haya enfrascado en algún punto de mi vida, lo máximo fue como 2 semanas que duré entrenándola hasta que decidí abandonarla, pero esta vez seré disciplinado.🙏🏼
Para ser el 1er día no me fue tan mal, eso sí, ahora mismo tengo medio cuerpo adolorido pero supongo que es lo normal😅. No recuerdo muy bien la rutina pero era de ejercicios básicos como: "Fondos, muscle-ups, sentadillas, dominadas y flexiones" lo único que sé es que tarde unos 20min realizando todo el circuito de resistencia que me puso mi presi @hecatonquirox.

Hello #SWC Community, in this post I share with you some pictures of what was my routine today.
I'm starting to train Resistance in the company and advice of @hecatonquirox, honestly resistance is not something that I've been involved in at some point in my life, the most was about 2 weeks that I lasted training it until I decided to abandon it, but this time I'll be disciplined.🙏🏼
For being the 1st day I didn't do too bad, mind you, right now I have half a sore body but I guess that's normal😅. I don't remember the routine very well but it was basic exercises like: "Pull-ups, muscle-ups, squats, pull-ups and push-ups" the only thing I know is that it took me about 20min doing the whole resistance circuit that my presi @hecatonquirox put me through.
