¡Saludos amigas y amigos que integran la Cadena de Bloques #Hive!.
Greetings friends who are part of the Blockchain #Hive!.
Es para nosotros un placer informar a todos los que integran nuestra plataforma, que gracias al financiamiento proporcionado por el DAO a “Street Workout Community” ("SWC"), nuestra Comunidad está organizando su Primera Competencia Nacional Abierta en Venezuela. La primera de muchas competencias que serán organizadas con el apoyo de la Cadena de Bloques #Hive.
It is for us a pleasure to inform all those who integrate our platform, that thanks to the funding provided by the DAO to "Street Workout Community" ("SWC"), our Community is organizing its First National Open Competition in Venezuela. The first of many competitions that will be organized with the support of the #Hive Blockchain.
Nuestra Primera Competencia Nacional Abierta lleva por nombre "Street Workout Duals Battles (“SWDB”).
Our First National Open Competition is called "Street Workout Duals Battles ("SWDB").

“SWDB” es la Primera Competencia Nacional Abierta que organiza la "SWC", la cual está siendo financiada por la plataforma #Hive y tiene objetivos multipropósitos. Uno de ellos es brindar un espacio para que los atletas, con nivel competitivo, puedan demostrar sus habilidades y tengan la oportunidad de foguearse con los demás atletas a nivel nacional. En “SWDB” pueden participar los atletas que forman parte de Hive así como los demás atletas a nivel nacional. La modalidad de esta Competencia es en “parejas”, lo que determina otro de los objetivos de la misma, la acción en conjunto de cada atleta; con la finalidad de dimensionar el trabajo en equipo, la sinergia, la concentración y la creatividad en el terreno competitivo. La intención es crear un vínculo entre la pareja y que ellos demuestren conjuntamente sus habilidades y destrezas.
"SWDB" is the First National Open Competition organized by the "SWC", which is being funded by the #Hive platform and has multipurpose objectives. One of them is to provide a space for athletes, with a competitive level, to demonstrate their skills and have the opportunity to showcase themselves with other athletes at the national level. In "SWDB" can participate athletes who are part of Hive as well as other athletes at the national level. The modality of this competition is in "pairs", which determines another of the objectives of the same, the joint action of each athlete; in order to dimension teamwork, synergy, concentration and creativity in the competitive field. The intention is to create a bond between the couple and that they jointly demonstrate their skills and abilities.
Responsablemente debemos decir que desde el momento en el cual nuestro amigo, @guiltyparties y yo, establecimos comunicación; comenzamos a conversar inicialmente en pro de la organización y desarrollo de una competencia junto a otra organización externa a Hive; sin embargo, esta organización es parte de la Comunidad Venezolana de Street Workout. Esa competencia tenía como nombre “LevelUp3vs3” Batallas de equipos, en su 3º edición. Dicha competencia se realizaría en el puesto de guarda parques “Sabas Nieves” en el Parque Nacional “Waraira Repano”, Caracas, capital de nuestra amada Venezuela; pautada para el sábado 9 de abril de 2022.
Responsibly we must say that from the moment in which our friend, @guiltyparties and I, established communication; we started talking initially in favor of the organization and development of a competition together with another organization external to Hive; however, this organization is part of the Venezuelan Street Workout Community. That competition was called "LevelUp3vs3" Team Battles, in its 3rd edition. This competition would be held at the park ranger station "Sabas Nieves" in the National Park "Waraira Repano", Caracas, capital of our beloved Venezuela; scheduled for Saturday, April 9, 2022.

Por desacuerdos con la persona que organizaba “Levelup3vs3” y los miembros de SWC, y; por no cumplir con los intereses de la Cadena de Bloques Hive, @manuelramos; tuvo que tomar la compleja y difícil decisión de no acompañar la organización y desarrollo de la competencia “Levelup3vs3” Batallas de equipos, en su 3º Edición. Por supuesto, esta decisión trajo consecuencias, unas positivas y otras negativas. Entre las consecuencias positivas está la toma de decisión en cuanto a llevar a cabo la Primera Competencia Nacional Abierta "Street Workout Duals Battles”. Desde el mismo momento de la toma de decisiones, ha sido un extraordinario proceso de aprendizaje para el equipo de la Street Workout Community. Cada día es una nueva experiencia de dirección, búsqueda de información y coordinación de acciones en equipo asumiendo liderazgo y responsabilidad.
Due to disagreements with the person who organized "Levelup3vs3" and the members of SWC, and; for not complying with the interests of the Hive Blockchain, @manuelramos; had to take the complex and difficult decision of not accompanying the organization and development of the competition "Levelup3vs3" Team Battles, in its 3rd Edition. Of course, this decision brought consequences, some positive and some negative. Among the positive consequences is the decision to carry out the First National Open Competition "Street Workout Duals Battles". From the moment the decision was made, it has been an extraordinary learning process for the Street Workout Community team. Every day is a new experience of managing, seeking information and coordinating team actions while assuming leadership and responsibility.
Una de las consecuencias negativas fue el haber invertido parte del dinero del patrocinio inicial en “Levelup3vs3”, lo que disminuyó los recursos financieros aportados inicialmente a nuestra comunidad y en consecuencia disminuyó la cantidad de dinero disponible para llevar a cabo "Street Workout Duals Battles”. Por esa razón se nos ha proporcionado, en dos ocasiones, recursos financieros para llevar a cabo nuestra competencia. Al respecto le comento que con el monto que se nos aprobó, logramos adquirir Implementos y Equipos que se requieren en la competencia y además pasan a ser activos fijos para nuestra Comunidad, “SWC”. También logramos adquirir franelas y gorras.
One of the negative consequences was having invested part of the initial sponsorship money in "Levelup3vs3", which decreased the financial resources initially provided to our community and consequently decreased the amount of money available to carry out "Street Workout Duals Battles". For that reason we have been provided, on two occasions, with financial resources to carry out our competition. In this regard I would like to comment that with the amount that was approved, we were able to acquire implements and equipment that are required in the competition and also become fixed assets for our community, "SWC". We were also able to acquire T-shirts and caps.

En la primera oportunidad, cuando se tenía previsto ser parte de la organización y patrocinio de “LevelUp3vs3” Batallas de equipos, en su 3º Edición; que debo decir, responsablemente, hubo una importante pérdida de dinero al no realizarse dicha competencia. En una segunda ocasión, a partir de la organización de nuestra Primera Competencia Nacional Abierta “Street Workout Duals Battles”.
On the first occasion, when it was planned to be part of the organization and sponsorship of "LevelUp3vs3" Team Battles, in its 3rd Edition; which I must say, responsibly, there was an important loss of money when this competition was not held. On a second occasion, from the organization of our First National Open Competition "Street Workout Duals Battles".
Para organizar la “Street Workout Duals Battles”, contamos con los activos antes mencionados; sin embargo, aún nos hace falta adquirir una serie de bienes (activos e implementos) para llevar a cabo la realización de nuestra competencia.
To organize the "Street Workout Duals Battles", we have the assets mentioned above; however, we still need to acquire a series of goods (assets and implements) to carry out our competition.

La competencia se realizará en el Centro Comercial “Parque Los Aviadores”, específicamente en la “Plaza Central”, espacio de mayor accesibilidad de todo el Centro Comercial. La administración del Centro Comercial “Parque Los Aviadores” nos ha donado el costo del alquiler de este espacio, una vez conoció sobre los términos de referencia de nuestra competencia. Para nosotros es un gran logro como organizadores de este evento puesto que se nos ha cedido el espacio, en forma gratuita, como parte de la Agenda Social del Centro Comercial, Apoyo al Deporte y al Talento Nacional.
The competition will take place in the "Parque Los Aviadores" Shopping Mall, specifically in the "Plaza Central", the most accessible area of the whole Shopping Mall. The administration of the Mall "Parque Los Aviadores" has donated us the cost of renting this space, once they knew about the terms of reference of our competition. For us it is a great achievement as organizers of this event since we have been given the space, free of charge, as part of the Social Agenda of the Mall, Supporting Sports and National Talent.

Cabe destacar que el Centro Comercial “Parque Los Aviadores” es el más grande en nuestra nación. La importancia de llevar a cabo nuestra competencia, “SWDB”, es una responsabilidad que reposa sobre nuestros hombros como Comunidad. La administración del Centro Comercial ha solicitado que garanticemos la sana y correcta realización del evento durante el horario pautado, el cual será desde las 10:00am hasta las 6:30pm. También ha solicitado algunos requerimientos para llevar a cabo la competencia, algunos están relacionados con el cuidado de las instalaciones a utilizar y otros con equipos e implementos con los cuales debemos contar para llevar a cabo y a feliz término nuestra competencia.
It is worth mentioning that the "Parque Los Aviadores" Mall is the largest in our nation. The importance of carrying out our competition, "SWDB", is a responsibility that rests on our shoulders as a Community. The Mall administration has requested that we guarantee the healthy and correct execution of the event during the scheduled hours, which will be from 10:00am to 6:30pm. It has also requested some requirements to carry out the competition, some are related to the care of the facilities to be used and others with equipment and implements with which we must have to carry out our competition.
Para cubrir el área donde estarán las “Barras Portátiles”, que es un área de 72 metros cuadrados, nuestra comunidad debe contar con una alfombra que cubra esa superficie con la finalidad de proteger el piso del Centro Comercial y evitar así algún daño por el roce de las “Barras Portátiles”. Esa alfombra debe ser adquirida. Al ser adquirido forma parte de los activos fijos de nuestra comunidad.
To cover the area where the "Portable Bars" will be, which is an area of 72 square meters, our community must have a carpet that covers that surface in order to protect the floor of the Mall and avoid any damage due to the friction of the "Portable Bars". This carpet must be acquired. When it is acquired it becomes part of the fixed assets of our community.
Para delimitar el área que será ocupada en el desarrollo de la competencia el Centro Comercial exige contar con una cerca perimetral. La misma debe ser alquilada.
In order to delimit the area that will be occupied in the development of the competition, the Shopping Center requires a perimeter fence. It must be rented.
El Backing de Prensa es un espacio publicitario desde donde se lleva la publicidad y promoción del evento. Es una exigencia del Centro Comercial y debe pagarse su diseño e impresión.
The Press Backing is an advertising space where the publicity and promotion of the event is carried out. It is a requirement of the Shopping Center and its design and printing must be paid for.
El Centro Comercial exige un Botiquín de Primeros Auxilios con un mínimo de insumos que por la cantidad de personas que se proyecta van a estar en el evento, deben superar 60 insumos. Este Botiquín debe ser adquirido. Una vez adquirido forma parte de los activos de la Comunidad.
The Shopping Mall requires a First Aid Kit with a minimum number of supplies, which due to the number of people expected to attend the event, must exceed 60 supplies. This First Aid Kit must be purchased. Once acquired, it becomes part of the assets of the Community.
